Welcome to Vogel Vacations by Gather! Gather the whole group in this lovely 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom bungalow-style Damascus home just 18 miles from downtown Portland and 40 miles from the world-famous ski slopes of Mt. Hood. Indulge in the many features that this quaint property has to offer, such as the backyard jacuzzi and detached clubhouse! While located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, it is within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries in the Happy Valley area.

Enter the spacious open-concept main room to experience the renovated and modern aesthetic of the home’s interior design, highlighted with bright eggshell walls and polished wooden floorboards. The main living room boasts a 65” flat-screen TV above a gorgeous wood-burning fireplace and white brick and onyx marbled mantle. Two plush sofas and an armchair center around a wooden coffee table, and it is the perfect locale to get comfortable with the whole group for a movie night after a fun-filled day exploring. Beyond the living room, the fully equipped kitchen comes with all stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary tools to create a wonderful meal for everyone. A 2-seater breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area, which consists of a 6-person dining table under an elegant light fixture. Small touches like the house’s included mixology shelf make this property desirable for its luxury amenities and homey accents.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, desk area, large closet, carpeting, and a 55” flat-screen TV, as well as a private ensuite with an elegant marble-topped double vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 come with their queen-sized bed, carpeting, and a flat-screen TV, and they share the guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 includes two queen-sized beds, while bedroom 5 is the perfect room for children with two twin beds. These two rooms share the basement bathroom, which consists of a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The basement is the ultimate comfort zone with soft carpeting, a massive plush sectional sofa, and an ambient wood-burning fireplace. It also includes a large 65” flat-screen TV above the mantle, a record player with a sizable collection, additional seating options, and a 6-person table perfect for playing some of the many included board games and puzzles on the game shelves. There is also a large laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer, utility sink, and supplies.

The outdoor patio has a large 6-person table perfect for a lovely meal enjoyed outside and a gas fire pit for a night full of campfires and ghost stories all under the starlit night sky. Relax and unwind after a day of adventure in the 6-person hot tub overlooking the large manicured backyard and the detached clubhouse, which houses a pool table, foosball table, and wet bar. There is truly something for everyone on this charming property, which can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. There are also two additional air mattresses and a portable crib so that the property can sleep 14 people in total!

There is a noise monitoring system and an exterior camera. The noise monitoring system does not record voice, nor can we hear your conversations; it only monitors decibels. The camera monitors the exterior of the home only.

With its centralized location to many activities and entertainment options, as well as its ideal size for hosting large groups, this Vogel Vacation property is nothing short of a beautiful venue for your next getaway in the Great Pacific Northwest. The updated modern design and the long list of attractive features make this personable space one that will undoubtedly set the scene for countless memories.

Pet Policy: Up to two dogs will be considered to accompany guests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, there will be a fee of $50 per pet per night.
