For starters, the view is incredible from the balcony, our favourite place with doors that slide out opening the entire living space to the balcony which we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen I can’t say enough About, as someone who cooks and likes to have all the equipment and this place does, from blenders, to coffee makers, all pots and pans … it’s all there. We barbecued 2 nights by the pool bar and watch the sunset. The Four Seasons Hotel the Disney Hotel are on one side of the condo complex,the Marriott on the other side. The Marriott and Four Seasons have outstanding restaurants with a beautiful walkway along the beach to get to them. Sunset from our condo deck also beautiful.   • Nov 21, 2025 I'd recommend this location without hesitation. Aloha! We enjoyed our stay. As a family of 5, we needed room for all of us, so a 3 bedroom 3 bath fit the bill. The resort is very nice and the sunsets are the best on the West side of the island. You pay for it, but it is worth it. I like to cook my own meals as I have some severe food allergies, and this was the best equipped kitchen I've had at an AirBnB - although I bring my own traveling knife set. The electric range is slow compared to my gas range at home, but I made it work! I even cooked a *great* turkey for Thanksgiving dinner in their oven. Overall, very happy with our stay. If your budget allows, I'd recommend this location without hesitation. It is a high quality resort, the pools are nice as is the lagoon. Plus, Leo and Darrin at the bar serve up some nice refreshments, very nice at sunset! Enjoy! Andy B

The condo was clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, allowing easy access to morning walks, sunset strolls, and relaxing hours by the ocean. We cooked breakfast every morning, enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the spacious lanai. The kitchen was well-stocked. Two private suites plus a third bedroom with it\'s own bathroom. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and golf was also a plus. The hosts were fantastic, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for exploring the local area. This is our 3rd stay at KoOlina Beach Villas and we can highly recommend this place and especially this unit! Deb S

  • Dec 12, 2023 Great place to stay. The beach cove is very child-friendly if you're worried about little ones in the ocean, and the pool is beautiful. There's also a pool bar that makes great drinks, and even has some kid-friendly food. Ko Olina is not near a bunch of great food, but you can eat at the Disney resort, or Mad Bene's italian nearby was also really good (albeit very slow). The kitchen in the unit is great though, so maybe plan on cooking in. Brent P

Did the lighthouse hike which was very nice and we did the Pillbox hike and then the next day did the Koko Head hike. Dec 28, 2023 We loved the adventure to KoOlina. There were a few hiccups and Felipe the property manager took care of them right away. The best cleaner on the planet also was there to make the unit feel spotless. What a wonderful slice of paradise. Thanks for a wonderful family moment. Julie H
Dec 12, 2023 Great place to stay. The beach cove is very child-friendly if you're worried about little ones in the ocean, and the pool is beautiful. There's also a pool bar that makes great drinks, and even has some kid-friendly food. Ko Olina is not near a bunch of great food, but you can eat at the Disney resort, or Mad Bene's italian nearby was also really good (albeit very slow). The kitchen in the unit is great though, so maybe plan on cooking in. Brent P

Nov 15, 2023 Dear Helen & Steve, Thank you for letting us stay in your villa while we were here in Oahu. The mornings and nights on the balcony were beautiful, relaxing, and very fun! We all had a very fun family vacation together and would come back to the island and this beautiful villa. You are lucky to own! Thanks for providing our family the comforts of home on our vacation and of course making this trip possible. We hope to come again! P.S. There is a bird that comes to the balcony every day. Her name is Peggy (sometimes we call her Birdy). She loves company and is fairly friendly. If she comes by you can feed her – only feed her. Mahalo! P.P.S. She only has one leg w/2 claws. Guests

Dec 24, 2022 The whole week was amazing! Every sunset was so beautiful. I could definitely live here. Did the lighthouse hike which was very nice and we did the Pillbox hike and then the next day did the Koko Head hike. That was a great challenge and way harder than I thought it would be but worth it. God is so Good!! Great place to be for a family vacation. Thank you so much. Guest
