Sep 07, 2022 Amazing home and location An amazing Hawaiian estate with spectacular views that felt like a home away from home. This house has it all for couples and/or families. Plenty of room including a detached Ohana with its own small kitchen, backyard covered lanai, pool/spa, chaise loungers and gas tiki torches to set the mood! The house was in pristine condition and well prepared for our stay which included a quick tour of the home…… they even took the time to make it smell like Hawaii when we walked thru the front door. The home is located in what felt like the perfect place relative to the resort, trading post, spa and all the pools and restaurants. It has 3 fast electric golf carts (two 4 seaters and one 6 seater) to easily get you and your entire family around the resort. Walking in past the waterfall and Coi pond in the front courtyard makes you smile each time you come home. Slide away doors on both sides of the family room offer views of the manicured backyard, Keolu Golf Course and the Pacific ocean. Sunsets from the backyard are amazing. The home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen with gas cooktop and an outdoor grill as well. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and all the bathrooms are five star. Each bathroom has a private outdoor shower as well! The house had plenty of high-quality linens, towels, duvet’s, etc. It was well stocked with bathroom amenities like shampoo, soap, etc. The family room is incredibly comfortable and felt like home with the RH Cloud sectional to relax in. Home has easy controls for Sonos music inside and out. We will be back to Hualalai soon and this is where we will be staying again! Five-star home. Pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommended. Surrounded by masterful tropical landscaping, the beautifully designed outdoor living space is exceptionally generous and well appointed, complete with a private pool, spa, covered daybed, and barbecue grill. A child safety fence can be erected around the private pool by request (set-up fee applies). Perfect for entertaining and for families, the covered lanai with ample lounge and dining seating expands into a spacious grassy lawn with panoramic ocean views.
The interior great room’s floor to ceiling glass pocket doors open completely to the covered lanai and pool deck for truly tropical indoor outdoor living. The open concept great room spans a decadent living area with wall mounted smart television, interior dining table, and spacious and gorgeous kitchen featuring capiz shell backsplash, walk-in pantry, premium appliances, bar seating and mixologist nook.
The estate’s unique layout offers ample privacy, with the primary bedroom suite off the great room, two guest suites with private exterior entrances off the interior courtyard, and the detached ‘Ohana guest house off the exterior courtyard. Each bedroom offers an ensuite full bath complete with a private outdoor shower garden, a tropical delight!
The primary bedroom suite features ocean views, a king bed, wall mounted smart television, and private lanai with daybed. The recently remodeled ensuite primary bath boasts floor to ceiling travertine, soaking tub floating on a bed of river rocks, and rainfall walk-in shower. The detached ‘Ohana suite (guest suite #2) offers a queen bed, flat screen television, kitchenette, and a generous and luxurious ensuite full bath. Guest suite #3 features a queen bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bath, amd guest suite #4 features a queen bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bath with shower//tub combination.
Luxurious organic Malie bath products are provided, as is a dedicated laundry room with all your needed supplies. Two four-seater golf carts and one six-seater golf cart are included with your rental, as are beach amenities for off-property adventures.

Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to access these amenities but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $36-112 (ages 5-13), Adults: $72-$224 (Ages 14+). All Residential Rental Guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort. Please be advised that Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai Management maintains absolute control of the establishment and administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations.
