Luxury Redefined: Park Lane Ala Moana
Situated on over seven of Honolulu’s most desirable acres, Park Lane Ala Moana represents the epitome of resort living in estate-style residences. This singular community is ideally located in the heart of one of the most vibrant city centers in the Asia-Pacific region, surrounded by the majestic Koolau Mountains, the sparkling Pacific, private gardens, and lush courtyards.
Park Lane features expansive open-concept floor plans and the highest-quality finishes, for an atmosphere of inviting elegance. Designed to maximize ocean, mountain, garden, and city views, the sophisticated, contemporary residences emphasize seamless indoor/outdoor living. Deep covered lanais, effortless extensions of the interiors, are as sumptuous as the indoor spaces.
Although some residences at Park Lane also have their own pool, the grounds include a community lap pool and resort-style whirlpool spa, creating opportunities for all to exercise and unwind in tranquility. Guests will also find state-of-the-art fitness and yoga studios, men’s and women’s spas, a children’s play area, and a gated dog park. A movie theater with tiered seating and a small market ensure that every possible comfort and convenience is close at hand.
Beach services such as chair and umbrella setup are provided as Park Lane amenities, along with food and beverage service for guests who wish to entertain in the barbecue cabana. Concierge assistance, parcel delivery acceptance, and 24-hour security are also provided, and valet parking is available for guests of residences that do not have their own garage.
A private elevator from Park Lane takes guests to the Ala Moana Center, an open-air luxury shopping complex, which also offers a wide range of dining possibilities and live hula and Hawaiian music performances. With a four-minute drive, guests will find Ward Village (a five-mall complex with endless shopping and restaurant options, as well as a 16-screen movie theater), and with an eight-minute drive, guests will find another world-class shopping experience on Kalakaua Avenue.
Honolulu’s nearby dining standouts include chef Peter Merriman’s Moku Kitchen, which serves a locally-sourced “upcountry” menu in an urban setting, and Senia, which features a “regional American” menu focused on Hawaiian ingredients. Chef Roy Yamaguchi’s Eating House 1849 has a Hawaiian plantation-to-table concept, while his more established Roy’s Waikiki continues to offer exceptional sushi, sashimi, surf, and turf options.
A four-minute walk from Park Lane leads to gorgeous Ala Moana Beach Park, where an offshore reef creates a protected bay with calm waters, ideal for swimming and stand-up paddling. A seven-minute walk leads to Magic Island lagoon and park, a perfect setting for a day at the beach or a family picnic. With another short walk or bike ride, guests can access attractions such as world-renowned Waikiki Beach and the Ala Wai Boat Harbor, where adventures such as sunset cruises await.
Less than a 10-minute drive from Park Lane Ala Moana allows guests to visit attractions like the Honolulu Museum of Art and Iolani Palace, the Kingdom of Hawaii’s royal residence. The Diamond Head Monument, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Bishop Museum (the state museum of Hawaiian culture and history) are less than a 20-minute drive away.
In under a half hour, guests of Park Lane can access Pearl Harbor, the Nuuanu Pali Lookout, the Koko Crater, exceptional snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, the Halona Blowhole, and stunning Sandy Beach. A drive of 40 minutes or less also brings guests to the Makapuu Point Lighthouse Trail, Waimanalo Beach, the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club, or Ko Olina Golf Club, and less than an hour’s drive leads to the quaint town of Haleiwa and the world-famous surf breaks of the North Shore.
