Aug 21, 2022 Incredible Luxe Experience - Total Repeat! Everything about this property was top notch. Beautifully decorated, impeccably cleaned and maintained, with a gorgeous view from literally every window. The ocean view was stunning of course, but the views from the other windows of Hualalai and Mauna Loa volcanos were also breathtaking. The stargazing from literally just the lanai was also surprisingly good. I was shocked at just how much we could see while we lounged on the couch with a cocktail after the kids had gone to bed. I would highly recommend this property and Elite Pacific vacations. They attended to every detail and I was very impressed with their responsiveness and service. Also, the daily resort fee to get into the Four Seasons is totally worth it. We were worried about pool chairs and service given they prioritize resort guests, but we never had an issue and really enjoyed our resort time! Sarah D

The lower level of the villa includes a luxurious primary suite with a private ocean-view lanai, a Cal king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a tranquil en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanities, and access to a spectacular outdoor shower garden. A second stunning suite, situated on the other side of the villa for maximum privacy, also has its own lanai, queen-size bed, walk-in closet, spa-like full bathroom, and outdoor shower garden. The third bedroom, closest to the primary and bathed in natural light, features an ocean-view lanai and an attached full bathroom. It offers twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. Please note the maximum occupancy for this villa is four.
The upper level of the villa includes a gleaming gourmet kitchen with gorgeous wood cabinetry, granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and all-new cookware, tableware, and glassware. An open-concept floor plan creates a seamless flow from the kitchen to the indoor dining space and the great room beyond. The bright, spacious living area has sumptuous seating, high ceilings, and a wall of pocket doors that open to the lanai for ideal indoor-outdoor living.
This smart home features four 65-inch high-definition Samsung televisions, a state-of-the-art whole-home Sonos sound system, and of course high-definition wireless internet service. With central air conditioning plus ceiling fans throughout, an in-villa washer and dryer, and every other imaginable amenity, guests have all the comforts of home. Extras such as high-quality linens by Boll & Branch and toiletries by Malie Organics add to the overall sense of opulence.

Use of two 4-Seater golf carts is included in your rental for cruising the dazzling resort grounds in style. We also provide beach amenities such as boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels and local tips and recommendations to ensure you are well equipped for off-property excursions and adventures!

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $36-112 (ages 5-13), Adults: $72-$224 (Ages 14+). All Residential Rental Guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort. Please be advised that Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai Management maintains absolute control of the establishment and administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations.
