Quiet location when the lifts close which is nice to relax after a long day on the slopes. Not the host or property managers fault, however the hot tub was pretty dirty so we did not get to take advantage of that amenity. Would stay at this place again! Christine F

Experience a scenic and fun-filled visit to Sun Valley, Idaho, staying only steps from the chair lifts on your adventurous ski vacation. This condominium is conveniently located across the street from a stop on the free local bus route which easily takes you into town and avoids the need for a rental car! This charming 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom, Bavarian-style condo boasts beautiful mountain views and is the perfect sanctuary after a busy day of exploring the great outdoors.

The inviting wooden vaulted ceilings and beautifully furnished living spaces will instantly make you feel right at home. The open-concept design of the first floor includes the main living area which boasts a large flatscreen TV and a plush sectional sofa that coverts to a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 additional guests) and sitting chair where guests can enjoy the beautiful views. The fully equipped and updated kitchen comes with all stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and ample cabinet/pantry storage for all your culinary needs. Directly beyond the kitchen, a quaint dining table can seat 4 guests with countertop space able to accommodate an additional 2 guests. The first floor also contains 1 of the 2 bathrooms with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Warm up by the cozy wood burning fireplace and brick mantle, or wander through the sliding glass door for access to the condo’s private balcony from which guests can gaze upon the incredible views of nature. Guests are welcome to enjoy the condo’s shared pool and hot tub for some much needed rest and relaxation.

Ascending the charming spiral staircase leads you to the condo's bedroom, designed with a skylight that allows for ample natural light to pour in, and amazing views of the starry sky on a clear night. The primary bedroom holds a queen-sized bed under beautiful wooden high ceilings. The second story bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower with an elegant white marble tile finish.

There are a variety of activities to explore in the beautiful natural recreational areas around Ketchum and the neighboring Sun Valley. If skiing the winter slopes or hiking & biking the summer mountain trails is your kind of fun, Steps From the Lifts! is situated in one of the best possible locations with a number of ski slopes and trails just minutes away. You can also take a dip in the Warm Springs creek and other nearby hot springs for a unique and comforting experience. Aside from outdoor activities, the vibrant community of Ketchum and Sun Valley offers an abundance of boutique shops, restaurants, art galleries and live music for everyone to enjoy.

Please note that there is a laundry area in the basement of the building that allows for guests to access coin-operated washers and dryers.

Parking Notes: There is an underground parking garage space available for this unit. The parking pass will be located on the kitchen counter for you within the unit once you arrive and please be sure to promptly place this parking pass on your vehicle. There are no designated parking spots within the garage, but please abide by the signs. Additionally, just steps outside this condominium is the local free bus stop, which will take you right into downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley for fine dining and more.

Please note the following:
- Access to Warm Springs terrain, base area, Lodge, and parking lots is prohibited starting April 10th. The River Run side will remain open through April 16th.
-After-hours access out of and into Warm Springs is also prohibited starting April 10th, access from River Run will still be allowed.
-Construction begins on the lift enhancements Monday morning, leaving Warm Springs an active construction zone. For your safety and the safety of our employees, please follow all closures both at the base area and on the hill.
