The home is just a short walk to the beach and the local neighbourhood shopping and dining area. The property management team was great to deal with and very responsive to any questions. The home backs onto Torrey Pines Road so there was some traffic noise in the backyard during rush hour. It did not impact our enjoyment of the property however. Martin D.

  • Aug 14, 2023 I cannot say enough good things about the management of this beautiful home. I stayed for two weeks with my daughter and her partner, who were working internships in San Diego. We had a lovely place to be together in the evenings when they were home, and my days were wonderful because I felt right at home and I took long walks on the beach and around the area. This home has everything you could possibly want! The company even called me before the hurricane to make sure I had everything I needed. They were extremely responsive (reprogrammed the garage door opener right away) and proactive (there was no hot water in the master shower but they told me they had to order a part and I didn't mind using the neighboring room's shower). I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in San Diego. Liz Stern

This newly remodeled, single-story home boasts four luxurious en suite bedrooms, a fully-equipped chef's kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, and a spacious sunroom with slate floors.

Step outside through sets of French doors and discover your own private oasis. You'll be greeted by a beautifully landscaped yard with mature greenery and ample patio space for entertaining. Fire up the outdoor kitchen and grill while enjoying the gorgeous San Diego weather. You can even rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the nearby beach.

Inside, you'll find a modern and well-appointed kitchen featuring granite countertops, a climate-controlled wine closet, and plenty of cabinetry. Each of the four bathrooms and closets is designed to provide the ultimate luxury experience. Hardwood floors throughout the house add warmth and elegance.

Roseland Retreat is just a short walk from the famous La Jolla Shores beach, Kellogg Park, and the Marine Room. You'll also have easy access to local shops, eateries, UCSD, freeways, Torrey Pines golf course, and State Reserve.

This property is intended for use by responsible adults and their families. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties, excessive noise, and events. This home is equipped with noise monitoring systems and the noise ordinance will be strictly enforced. No outside noise after 10 pm, otherwise the police will be called and the violation will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000.00 fine.

Please be aware every reservation check in must be met in person with a greeter from the property management company -- self-check ins are not allowed. Our cut off for arrivals to check in is 8:00 p.m. after which a greeter will be available to meet at the property for access starting at 8:00 a.m. the following day. ID verification showing that the person checking in is the same as the credit card used on the reservation is mandatory. Failure to provide ID verification as requested will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
