Welcome to the Private Putting Oasis in Sunland Village - Mesa, Arizona! Now offering special rates for longer stays - Please contact us for more information! This is a 55+ community with a great little public golf course. Please note, per HOA policy, all rentals require a 30-night minimum stay. Our newly renovated home offers guests all of the modern amenities they could hope for, with beautiful touches throughout. This is the perfect place to stay while enjoying all that Mesa and the surrounding areas have to offer.

The property has been completely updated, with new flooring, countertops, appliances, and much more. You'll love the quartz countertops and new white cabinets in the kitchen, complete with gorgeous hardware. The living room is comfortable and inviting, with plenty of space for your group to relax.
