The location was perfect: close enough to town for convenience, yet far enough away to feel peaceful and private. The gated community felt very safe and quiet, and the surroundings were gorgeous. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean. The bedrooms were spacious and private, each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were great after long days exploring the island. And the location is perfect as it is close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, but tucked away in a peaceful gated community. All appliances were high end like Breville coffee machine. All bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with plenty of towels. They provided even toothpaste, tooth brush, footwear, and razor blade. We liked the house layout, and appreciate the modern furnishing and styling. The prop management team was easy to speak with and resolved a problem we had quickly.   • Jul 23, 2023 This house may be the nicest house we have ever rented. It is so nice and new and the views/sunsets are UNREAL! The house has everything you will need - except a cocktail shaker 😁. Be sure to look for the goats on the golf course in the morning and around 5pm. They are so cute. We used the KTA grocery store a few miles away. There is a harbor less than a mile from there and you can go snorkeling right from there. Be sure to walk to the Outrigger and get a drink and watch the manta rays swim. Other things are close by too. We found it to be a perfect place to launch our Hawaiian adventures. We hope to return to the Hawaii and the house again soon! ryan D

All appliances were high end like Breville coffee machine. All bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with plenty of towels. They provided even toothpaste, tooth brush, footwear, and razor blade. Absolutely stunning from the sunset views to the heated swimming pool and hot tub this house has everything. Beautiful, clean and everything you need to make your vacation more enjoyable. It has everything you could possibly need, even a rice cooker, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Highly recommend, hope to stay here again next time on the Big Island. 小庆

Aug 09, 2023 What a great spot, the house has an incredible view of the golf course and water. Good location in Kona, 20 mins from town. We liked the house layout, and appreciate the modern furnishing and styling. The prop management team was easy to speak with and resolved a problem we had quickly. Lots of little details that made our stay great. Would have extended but it was already booked. Highly recommend, the three rooms were perfect for our 4 adults and two small kids. Kris K

Jul 23, 2023 This house may be the nicest house we have ever rented. It is so nice and new and the views/sunsets are UNREAL! The house has everything you will need - except a cocktail shaker 😁. Be sure to look for the goats on the golf course in the morning and around 5pm. They are so cute. We used the KTA grocery store a few miles away. There is a harbor less than a mile from there and you can go snorkeling right from there. Be sure to walk to the Outrigger and get a drink and watch the manta rays swim. Other things are close by too. We found it to be a perfect place to launch our Hawaiian adventures. We hope to return to the Hawaii and the house again soon! ryan D

It is in a nice gated community with a great view of the golf course and the ocean. We could see the sunset each night this time of year. The house was spacious, well appointed and well stocked. The property owner and managers were extraordinarily helpful. We can’t think of anything we would change. Kevin C

The house itself was very clean and all of the furnishings were new and well maintained. It was a quiet neighborhood and a great base for all of our adventures. The kitchen was definitely a chef’s kitchen. All bedroom suites were well-equipped, but the master suite as awesome. 🙂 The lanai/pool is beautiful. We watched whales from our lanai! If we return, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here. Beautiful home. Tanika L
