  • Apr 17, 2023 We absolutely loved our stay here. It was clean, well-stocked, the location was awesome. Walking-distance to Happy Talk Lounge, the perfect launch pad for all of our adventures. The available bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs/umbrellas and ping pong table were so wonderful to have. The upstairs bedroom/den/bathroom, however, are NOT private, which took some getting used to. Neither the bedroom nor the den had doors. While the bathroom had two barn doors, one of them didn't slide (wasn't sure if that was intentional.) When you closed the one slider, it left a big gap on the side, giving anyone walking past a full view of my bathroom activities. Thankfully, we found a tri-fold screen to block it off visually, but it wasn't perfect. Giving it 4 stars because the listing does not really make this clear. It all worked out, but definitely took a little getting used to. That said, I would definitely stay here again because everything else made up for it. Millicent S

Boasting split air conditioning systems in all bedrooms, fine furnishings, and a serene, cozy atmosphere, Hokulani Villa accommodates up to eight comfortably.

Hokulani Villa features a sleek, spacious, well-appointed kitchen; a bright and open living space with plenty of inviting seating and a large flat-screen television; a dining space with golf course views; and large sliding glass doors that allow guests to experience the cooling trade winds. The primary suite, on the second floor includes a king-size bed, private lanai with seating, soaking tub, and custom tile shower. A den/lounge area off the primary suite has twin beds. The second and third bedrooms downstairs each offer a queen-size bed and a full bathroom (one en suite and one with hall access).

Take a refreshing dip in your private pool or simply lounge on the comfortable lanai furniture and watch the golfers. The provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler ensure you have everything you need for fun adventures away from home. When you return, you'll love the opportunity to rinse off in the lava rock outdoor shower.

Ideally situated in north Kauai, this Princeville home is walking distance to Pu'u Poa Beach at the new One Hotel Resort and a short drive to Hanalei Bay. A number of other breathtaking beaches are also nearby, as well as opportunities for surfing, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, helicopter rides, ziplining, and miniature golf. Both the Princeville Center and the town of Hanalei provide excellent options for dining and shopping.

Standard occupancy for this rental is 6 guests with a max occupancy of 8 guests. There will be an extra fee for additional guests over the standard occupancy.

This property does NOT have air conditioning in the living room or dining room. AC split systems are ONLY in the BEDROOMS.
Garage is NOT available. Parking is available on the driveway only.

Please be advised that the pool is not heated. Kindly ask us if pool heat is available and if available, pool heat must be requested prior to arrival and will incur a daily charge.

Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.
