Description
The home’s common room, located on the second floor and designed in an open-air concept, includes high ceilings and ample natural light, providing a roomy space for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with numerous modern stainless steel appliances, as well as an island countertop with barstools. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a formal table set for 6. The living area is furnished with a large plush L-couch from which guests can unwind in front of the elegant fireplace or the large flatscreen television. Step outside the common room to the large covered balcony which includes an outdoor dining table where guests can enjoy the spectacular mountain views in either the fresh morning light, or the dazzling sunset display. Stroll downstairs to the home’s quaint den which includes a television, couch, and large bean bag chair that is perfect for kids.
The primary bedroom comes with a king bed, ceiling fan, and a private ensuite with dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. Guest bedroom 2 also comes with a king sized bed, ceiling fan, television, small work space and private ensuite which includes a walk-in shower and dual vanity. Guest bedroom 3 is furnished with 2 sets of twin bunk beds that sleeps 4, and a walk-in stall shower in the 3rd guest bathroom.
Enjoy the fresh Idaho air from the rocking chairs on the front porch, or utilize the private backyard and all of its amenities. The tiled patio is surrounded by lush manicured gardens with immaculate mountain views, and is the perfect locale for firing up the outdoor barbecue to grill some delicious meals while lounging around the stylish fire pit. During the colder months, guests can warm up in the state-of-the-art barrel sauna after a long day out on the ski slopes.
Fish and hike to your heart’s content in the surrounding mountains during the warmer months, or partake in world class skiing, snowboarding and snow-shoeing in the Sun Valley region in the winter.
