  • Oct 10, 2025 We will definitely stay here again in the future. We stayed at villa 311 in mid October 2025. Villa was exactly as advertised. Well kept up. There were several beach chairs, and boogie boards in the closet which was really nice. We had 7 people and had plenty of room. We had one of the best views of the pool/ocean being right across from it. So nice to be able to walk down to the pool or beach and come back up as needed. Much prefer the quieter slow pace of the north side of the island. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Adam C

This was our 5th visit and our first to Villa 311 and we’ll be back! Everything was modern and clean and everything was provided to feel at home. We have two teenagers and they had the absolute best time, their own bedrooms with comfy beds, WIFI, TVs and we had a fabulous and private parents area. We had wonderful home cooked dinners in the well appointed kitchen. Washer and dryer were so helpful during our stay. Breakfast on the balcony with beautiful views. Plenty of towels and supplies, more than any 5 star hotel. This was complete luxury and we loved it! 5 STAR!!!! Jacqueline B

You have the best of both worlds with the space and flexibility of full kitchen, washer & dryer and 3 bedrooms, with the proximity to resort restaurants, spa, lobby and pool bars with great bites. Turtle Bay resort is the perfect getaway with miles of quiet trails and beaches, and no other buildings/hotels/condos in sight once you get to the hotel and villas area. The pool area can be a little noisy at times (some days had several families of small children) but wonderful in quieter times. We also love free access to beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. Can easily sleep couples in each bedroom, and can also utilize the large sleeper sofa. Parking at this unit was very convenient, and we loved our proximity to turtle bay golf courses, beaches, shrimp trucks, and Haleiwa. Would definitely stay again! Mahalo for your hospitality! David W

The current and waves are a little stronger (it’s not a lagoon). Lots of people were swimming, it’s just better for someone who knows how to swim rather than little kids with floaties (like ours). The landscape around the property was beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Parking was easy even for a second car. As far as location it’s a quieter part of the island. Food trucks are about a 15 min drive (and are really good!). Most close by 7p (we went in April so maybe it’s different at busier times of the year). Everything else on the island is 1 hr to 1.5 hrs away, so keep that in mind. Check in and check out were super easy. We had a wonderful time! Laura S

Staying at the Turtle Bay property is a real treat - from the pool, beach, hiking trails, restaurants and access to resort services. (Surfing lessons were a highlight.). We also enjoyed going into Hale’iwa for shopping and meals (Stonefish Grill A++) and the very fun Kua Luau nearby. Anthony P

You have the best of both worlds with the space and flexibility of full kitchen, washer & dryer and 3 bedrooms, with the proximity to resort restaurants, spa, lobby and pool bars with great bites. Turtle Bay resort is the perfect getaway with miles of quiet trails and beaches, and no other buildings/hotels/condos in sight once you get to the hotel and villas area. The pool area can be a little noisy at times (some days had several families of small children) but wonderful in quieter times. We also love free access to beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. Can't think of a better place to stay in the islands for a true R&R vacation. Lori C

Oct 21, 2023 Had a family of five adults stay for a couple nights on north shore. The unit was beautiful and clean, and was also huge. Can easily sleep couples in each bedroom, and can also utilize the large sleeper sofa. Parking at this unit was very convenient, and we loved our proximity to turtle bay golf courses, beaches, shrimp trucks, and Haleiwa. Would definitely stay again! Mahalo for your hospitality! David W

Aug 07, 2023 The facility and grounds and pools and beach are all 5 star. The condos we were in were huge and we held 5 people comfortably. The only draw back for me is ray Hawaii water is pacific water and it’s not that warm despite the appearance. Thomas D

The current and waves are a little stronger (it’s not a lagoon). Lots of people were swimming, it’s just better for someone who knows how to swim rather than little kids with floaties (like ours). The landscape around the property was beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Parking was easy even for a second car. As far as location it’s a quieter part of the island. Food trucks are about a 15 min drive (and are really good!). Most close by 7p (we went in April so maybe it’s different at busier times of the year). Everything else on the island is 1 hr to 1.5 hrs away, so keep that in mind. Check in and check out were super easy. We had a wonderful time! Laura S

The pool gets noisy with children, but is quiet early or late. A short walk on the trails takes you to adjacent beaches, all quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay. Carol L
