Jan 19, 2025 Kukui'ula Paradise Found This newly built luxury home with stunning views overlooking the pacific gave us the perfect way to start 2025. It is absolutely stunning! The interior design and decor are sophisticated but had just enough island charm. The house and live edge pool overlooks a beautiful and rarely used golf course. Even though you have this expansive open concept lanais, we still felt like we had all the privacy we needed. We enjoyed many amazing cocktail hours and sunsets from the lanais. The kitchen and great room were great for leisurely meals, in fact we loved the place so much we rarely left other than to enjoy the local beaches. We also took a hike up behind the property to find a quaint local organic farm and wonderful walking paths. The property has all the amenities you want or expect in a 5 star hotel, but you also have the benefits of a private home. The outdoor showers were private and amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. We were beyond happy with our stay at Ke Kai Nui and can’t wait to plan another trip back next year. Christy & Ray D.

Jan 18, 2025 A Perfect Getaway We had the most incredible week staying at Ke Kai Nui in Kukui'ula! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning design and beautiful furnishings. The house was not only gorgeous but incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax in the mornings and unwind after a day of exploring the island. The location is unbeatable – situated right on the golf course overlooking the ocean, we were treated to breathtaking views every day (including lots of whale sightings). Waking up to those views and the serene surroundings was truly heavenly. The best part? We had walkable access to the club and farm at Kukui'ula (cannot be missed!) and an incredibly quick drive to the water, Old Koloa Town and the Shops at Kukui'ula. This made everything feel so convenient yet peaceful. We ended up spending a lot of time just at the house – whether it was lounging on the lanai, soaking in the scenery, or enjoying the luxurious amenities, there was never a dull moment. It’s clear that this home was thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort, style, and relaxation. If you're looking for a place to escape and recharge, this house is absolutely perfect. We can't wait to return! Katie S.
Description
As you approach the home’s elegant entryway, a sense of tranquility sets in. Vaulted ceilings, numerous windows, and a wall of sliding doors invite an abundance of natural light into the airy great room, which offers comfortable spaces for lounging, as well as an indoor dining area for 10. The beautifully appointed kitchen features an enormous island with bar seating for six, top-tier appliances, and every amenity needed to please even the most discerning chef in your group.
Each of the four graceful bedrooms at Ke Kai Nui has its own lovely en suite bath, direct lanai access, and an ocean view. The two primary bedroom suites, situated at opposite ends of the home to maximize privacy, have sizable indoor showers that walk out to open-air lava rock showers.
The home’s office conveniently contains a queen-size Murphy bed, providing a fifth sleeping accommodation. A spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer ensures that guests have absolutely everything needed to feel at home.
Outdoors at Ke Kai Nui, guests will find sprawling lanais, a lush green lawn, an inviting hot tub, and a sparkling infinity pool overlooking the golf course and the ocean. An outdoor living room has been outfitted with more lounge seating, another large flat-screen television, and an open-air kitchen with a built-in barbecue grill. A cozy firepit area serves as an ideal setting for sipping cocktails and appreciating the dazzling night sky.
This unparalleled south Kauaʻi vacation rental home is located only a short drive from world-class restaurants, boutiques, and galleries in the Shops at Kukuiʻula. Guests also enjoy quick access to the south shore’s famed beaches; activities like golf, hiking, horseback riding, and stand-up paddling; and attractions like the Spouting Horn blowhole and the historic town of Koloa.
It is important to note that guests do not have access to the Club at Kukuiula. Additionally, there is construction next door. Please inquire for more details.
