About this Villa
This six bedroom villa sits on a breezy hill in Las Lomas neighborhood in Casa de Campo®. The villa sits on hole 8th of Dye Fore course offering great views of the Caribbean Sea.

Breezy Hills is located near the Marina and Altos de Chavon. It’s huge pool and open architecture is great for big families providing different living spaces among its levels and open living areas. Full kitchen with Viking fridges and stoves; Dining room for 10; A staff consisting of a cook, two maids and a butler will make sure you won’t have to lift a finger. All bedrooms are central air conditioned, they all have TV with cable (4 have new HD TV’s), full baths and three with an optional outdoor shower. The studio/TV room comes with a HD TV, full bathroom, outdoor shower and sofa bed that can be used as a 7th bedroom if needed.

The gazebo comes with a great dining area, kitchenette and bar that overlooks the swimming pool & Jacuzzi. Heating system for the pool just installed. The villa comes fully staffed with a cook, two maids, one butler/bartender who can take care of many things before and during your stay.

NON-SMOKING VILLA. CHILDREN WELCOME. NO PETS ALLOWED. Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo® resort fee. The listed rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. Villa information, descriptions, features, amenities, included staff, and images, are subject to change. Resort Registration: All guests must register prior to arrival, in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort upon arrival. Registration requirements: Guest names and passport numbers.

Upon registration, each guest will receive a Casa de Campo ID card with guest stay dates. ID card will grant the individual named on the card to access the resort, as well as the use of various facilities, including:

Access to Tennis Courts
Access to Casa de Campo Spa
Access to golf courses and advance tee times
Use of Fitness Center
Use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas Beach
