The pool was a highlight and they provided all the beach supplies we needed. The kitchen was great for cooking, we had many dinners on the balcony while watching the sun set. We'd go back anytime. Our condo had all the conveniences we needed. We especially appreciated that there were beach chairs, sun umbrellas and a wagon to tote it all to the beach. We also loved the pool. We had children with us and swimming in that amazing pool was their favorite. We were close to shopping and restaurants, Safeway bring 4 miles away. The staff were available if needed an answered my questions in minutes. Check in was easy. The home was 5* all the way!!!! There was everything in garage for going to the beach,including two great coolers, lots of beach chairs, 4 umbrellas just so stocked!!!! We had several flight delays a they were so kind to give us a few extra hours. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend. Hope to be back next year!!!!

The unit provides a luxurious place to stay, from the beautiful view off of the lanai to the manicured grounds and pool area. Its location, near beaches, pools, shopping and activities, is perfect. Excellent restaurants, like Lineage and Monkeypod, were just a short trip away.The unit itself is very nicely furnished, clean and well equipped. The bedrooms have ample space, being quite large. We moved around the unit comfortably, each couple having more than enough space to be together or individually. In addition, it’s location near the pool and the Grand Wailea beach was a huge benefit for the family. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys, and coolers made our stay ultra convenient. The kids/infant beach near the pool is one of the best we have experienced. The Stice Team from Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers, as the unit’s property managers, was extremely courteous and helpful. They quickly responded to any questions I had and provided timely information. Their online house manual was full of great content and the checkin and checkout processes went smoothly. Upstairs we could glimpse the pool area and see when the tiki lights were burning. The pool area was just beautiful, there were plenty of table sets and lounge chairs plus 2 loungers in the pool.The waterfall was so entertaining, the kids were constantly playing behind it. The house was decorated so elegantly, the artwork was wonderful and the huge slide patio door was great! The a/c unit was super quiet and worked very well to keep the temperature exactly right. The Fridge with 2 upper separate doors was my favorite thing in the kitchen. Also, there were 4 freezer drawers so if you stayed a very long time, you would really make use of it. There was an elevator that I did not use but how cool is that!?! Overall I would be happy to return for another trip to Maui. The place was spotless clean too. Tina S

The bathrooms were equipped with white towels and black makeup remover cloths (love that!), shampoo, conditioner, soap and a high-end hair dryer.It was the perfect location. We walked to the beach and could walk to the Four Seasons for lunch/dinner/drinks. Also walking distance to the Shops at Wailea. The setup for 6 adults was perfect and we all had plenty of room. We appreciated the Tommy Bahama beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers. They were all very clean. The pool/spa/fitness center were wonderful. It was the cleanest Vrbo I've ever stayed in! Thank you! Cheryl T

Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully setup with everything you might need on vacation and then some. Sonos speakers throughout, excellent wifi. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing anything you desire. Hosts are amazing and we arrived to a bottle of chilled champagne and glasses. Paul G

  • Dec 11, 2025 Paradise in Paradise Wow, quite costly, the property itself is beautiful. The interior is large with en suite bathrooms in each room. The condo was amazingly well equipped with kitchen, ware, beautiful double freezer, double refrigerator, subzero units, Wolf, microwave and stove top. Entire front of the living room opens out to a large lanai with sliding doors and four screens Open completely to let the beauty of Hawaii illuminate the room. When we came to the condo, we had coffee, champagne, and a variety of other welcome gifts. The management responded to text usually within a minute or two. We’re already going to book again for next year. Probably the nicest property we’ve ever stayed at. Benjamin F

We spent our first 5 nights in Hawaii at the Hoolei Villas Wailea, it’s perfection, they have thought of every single thing you could possibly want and then some. I plan to come back every year for the rest of our lives and next time we will bypass the tourist thrive of Honolulu and head straight to Maui, I’m in love with this home and Maui. Couldn’t recommend more highly it’s in perfect location, it’s beautiful, amenities are amazing, it feels decadent but home at the same time so so grateful the owners have opened up this beautiful home to travellers like our family.
  • Dec 11, 2025 Perfect place in a perfect location We stayed at unit 93-3 between January 6 and 14, 2023. We thought the condo was outstanding. Very spacious, luxurious, clean with an excellent kitchen, great connected private patio that has a view of the pool on the common property, and 3 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The unit was an easy walk (on a hill) from the Grand Wailea, which we walked through back and forth to the beach and the beach walk every day. It is also walking distance to the Kea Lani and the Four Seasons, all of which we had dinners at during the stay. Would recommend this unit (and complex) to anyone looking to stay in the area with a family or some couples. David H

Excellent restaurants, like Lineage and Monkeypod, were just a short trip away.The unit itself is very nicely furnished, clean and well equipped. The bedrooms have ample space, being quite large. We moved around the unit comfortably, each couple having more than enough space to be together or individually. In addition, it’s location near the pool and the Grand Wailea beach was a huge benefit for the family. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys, and coolers made our stay ultra convenient. The kids/infant beach near the pool is one of the best we have experienced. The Stice Team from Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers, as the unit’s property managers, was extremely courteous and helpful. They quickly responded to any questions I had and provided timely information. Their online house manual was full of great content and the checkin and checkout processes went smoothly. I intend to contact and work with them the next time we return to Maui. Tatiana P

Reviewer Comments: The unit is located in a nice quiet private spot, the foilage is really lush in front of the lower level patio. Upstairs we could glimpse the pool area and see when the tiki lights were burning. The pool area was just beautiful, there were plenty of table sets and lounge chairs plus 2 loungers in the pool.The waterfall was so entertaining, the kids were constantly playing behind it. The house was decorated so elegantly, the artwork was wonderful and the huge slide patio door was great! The a/c unit was super quiet and worked very well to keep the temperature exactly right. The Fridge with 2 upper separate doors was my favorite thing in the kitchen. Also, there were 4 freezer drawers so if you stayed a very long time, you would really make use of it. There was an elevator that I did not use but how cool is that!?! Overall I would be happy to return for another trip to Maui. The place was spotless clean too. Tina S

Everything in this tastefully-decorated condo was absolutely perfect! It was spacious and provided everything we would ever need. We especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, the outdoor grill and furniture great! The bathrooms were equipped with white towels and black makeup remover cloths (love that!), shampoo, conditioner, soap and a high-end hair dryer.It was the perfect location. We walked to the beach and could walk to the Four Seasons for lunch/dinner/drinks. Also walking distance to the Shops at Wailea. The setup for 6 adults was perfect and we all had plenty of room. We appreciated the Tommy Bahama beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers. They were all very clean. The pool/spa/fitness center were wonderful. It was the cleanest Vrbo I've ever stayed in! Thank you! Cheryl T
Dec 11, 2025 Fantastic Have stayed at many different units in this complex and by far this has been our favorite. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully setup with everything you might need on vacation and then some. Sonos speakers throughout, excellent wifi. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing anything you desire. Hosts are amazing and we arrived to a bottle of chilled champagne and glasses. Paul G

Dec 11, 2025 Paradise in Paradise Wow, quite costly, the property itself is beautiful. The interior is large with en suite bathrooms in each room. The condo was amazingly well equipped with kitchen, ware, beautiful double freezer, double refrigerator, subzero units, Wolf, microwave and stove top. Entire front of the living room opens out to a large lanai with sliding doors and four screens Open completely to let the beauty of Hawaii illuminate the room. When we came to the condo, we had coffee, champagne, and a variety of other welcome gifts. The management responded to text usually within a minute or two. We’re already going to book again for next year. Probably the nicest property we’ve ever stayed at. Benjamin F

Reviewer Comments: I can’t even begin to explain this home, and that’s what it is, despite looking like a house that’s stepped straight out of MTV cribs it feels like home the minute you walk in. We spent our first 5 nights in Hawaii at the Hoolei Villas Wailea, it’s perfection, they have thought of every single thing you could possibly want and then some. I plan to come back every year for the rest of our lives and next time we will bypass the tourist thrive of Honolulu and head straight to Maui, I’m in love with this home and Maui. Couldn’t recommend more highly it’s in perfect location, it’s beautiful, amenities are amazing, it feels decadent but home at the same time so so grateful the owners have opened up this beautiful home to travellers like our family.
Dec 11, 2025 Perfect place in a perfect location We stayed at unit 93-3 between January 6 and 14, 2023. We thought the condo was outstanding. Very spacious, luxurious, clean with an excellent kitchen, great connected private patio that has a view of the pool on the common property, and 3 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The unit was an easy walk (on a hill) from the Grand Wailea, which we walked through back and forth to the beach and the beach walk every day. It is also walking distance to the Kea Lani and the Four Seasons, all of which we had dinners at during the stay. Would recommend this unit (and complex) to anyone looking to stay in the area with a family or some couples. David H
