Best for 2 couples as bathrooms are off bedrooms. Rooms are kind of small but lanai is large. Great place. Close to everything. Not really walking distance to the beach unless you’re in great shape. The location is the best place on the island as far as my wife and guest are concerned. You rarely see anyone outside unless you are up at 5 am. The grounds are cleaned daily by a kind staff. It’s so quiet there. Who wants to stay down below with a few thousand people you do know and the bad behavior they may have. The pool is quiet. The unit has a great kitchen with all cooking needs. Great TVs and AC units in all rooms. Brand new automatic blinds and room darkening in each room. Beds are very comfortable. Storage is great for long term stay. All beach supplies are provided.   • May 19, 2025 Great getaway Lovely place with an excellent view of the ocean and nice pools. Though doable, it is a bit far to walk down to the beach and the hike back is uphill. There are beach chairs and umbrellas. It is only a short drive to public beach parking and excellent snorkeling. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and to use the outside grills. Our favorite VRBO to date. Also want to mention the caring management staff that reached out to us personally to check on our safety as the Maui wildfires began in the middle of our stay, as well as being very willing to help extend our stay if necessary should we be unable to get out on our flight. May 19, 2025 Best view of any condo we have stayed in in Maui Very quiet. Mostly elderly. Pool was a bit of a walk. Beautiful view of Grand Wailea hotel. Nice whale watching. Nice condo. Best for 2 couples as bathrooms are off bedrooms. Rooms are kind of small but lanai is large. Great place. Close to everything. Not really walking distance to the beach unless you’re in great shape. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for five years and two others on the property for five additional years. The location is the best place on the island as far as my wife and guest are concerned. You rarely see anyone outside unless you are up at 5 am. The grounds are cleaned daily by a kind staff. It’s so quiet there. Who wants to stay down below with a few thousand people you do know and the bad behavior they may have. The pool is quiet. The unit has a great kitchen with all cooking needs. Great TVs and AC units in all rooms. Brand new automatic blinds and room darkening in each room. Beds are very comfortable. Storage is great for long term stay. All beach supplies are provided. We will continue to stay there each year.The Stice Team is wonderful to deal with. Jay B.

May 19, 2025 Great getaway Lovely place with an excellent view of the ocean and nice pools. Though doable, it is a bit far to walk down to the beach and the hike back is uphill. There are beach chairs and umbrellas. It is only a short drive to public beach parking and excellent snorkeling. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and to use the outside grills. The second bedroom and bathroom allow the same privacy as the master bedroom and bath. Ruth H.

May 19, 2025 FAVORITE place to stay in Maui We loved our stay. This gave us everything we needed and more. Easy access, clean and comfy beds. Fully stocked kitchen, toiletries and beach gear. Not to mention the view!!! Best view in the complex. Neighbors are quiet and pleasant. Owners are responsive and pleasant. We have stayed in many places in Wailea and this one stole our hearts!!
