Jul 15, 2024 10/10 perfection I cannot express how grateful I was to come across this listing. The bed was absolutely incredible. I mean it’s terrible when you have the perfect paradise view from the balcony and pool but you cannot wait to crawl in the bed. The pool cleaning staff do an excellent job and it’s gorgeous to relax and look out from the balcony and be down there. We made steak and shrimp on the grill located inside the pool area and made everyone super hungry! The grills are cleaned daily by the staff. They have a lot of pride in their property and it makes a huge difference. The inside is so comfortable and decorated so cute. Definitely helps fit the vibe of such a beautiful destination. The front desk staff were so helpful and welcoming. It’s perfectly located in a handful of shops to buy food, coffee and souvenirs. It had everything we needed inside. I also came home with a luggage bag full of clean clothes to unpack which was amazing having the washer and dryer. You feel safe with a security guard who sits in the entry doors after dark and it’s lit up beautifully outside. The AC and window/door locking mechanism is tricky! I cracked the shower windows to let my hot steam out and it disengaged the AC and went into power save mode. It states that will happen on the welcome flyer. READ IT! I made the mistake and didn’t until my 3rd day. Oppsiee. Just hit the button after you shut the windows and make sure doors are shut and it cools down quickly again. Loved having the beer cooler and chase chairs inside the closet. And the HUGE fluffy beach towels were also a good touch. I actually got very sad having to leave here. I definitely left a piece of my heart there. I know many others will too and I can’t wait to get back and stay here again. Bill B

May 12, 2024 My Maui home away from home This charming one-bedroom is paradise. While the bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom look just as beautiful as the photos, the photos don't do the ocean view from the lanai doesn't justice. I had breakfast every morning relaxing and soaking in the expansive view of multi-blue waters and swaying palm trees. This is by far the nicest one-bedroom condo I've stayed at in Maui. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, the shower is modern and roomy. The place has two large TVs and the bedroom not only had a beautiful view as well, but the bed and linens are as comfortable as home. It's walking distance to a a General Whaler Store to pick up groceries and a family owned gift shop for souvenirs and t-shirts. I enjoyed daily walks to the Hawaiian Village Coffee shop, and picking up pizza from Dollies Pub & Cafe and if you like fast food there's even a McDonalds. This is the perfect place if your idea of a vacation is a peaceful Maui experience rather than a big resort overrun by people. Management was responsive and provided all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. This is my new Maui home away from home. I give it 5 plumeria! 🌺 🌺 🌺🌺🌺 Melissa W

May 10, 2024 Great condo, great location! This was my first time renting a condo and what a great experience! The location is in a nice quiet area and in walking distance to food, grocery, gas, snorkel rental, and the beach. The condo was clean, and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean (turtles and whales). The folks at Hawaii Life were great to work with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 🙂 Theresa F

Apr 19, 2024 Spring Break The property was great, wish it had beach access and that the pool was heated for night swimming. Also, construction was definitely louder than we anticipated but the condo had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and the surrounding area was amazing. Anna A

Mar 20, 2024 This Property was EXACTLY what you want in Maui This condo was extremely well organized, clean, and modernized, cold AC, great view of the ocean directly, feels like a vacation!! The Stice Team, managers of this property, had a high level of communication, quickly addressed a small wifi correction, and had all of the things needed to cook meals "at home." This property is within walking distance of several beach fronts, but note that the beachfront at Royal Kahana does not exist... but I saw sea turtles there almost every day. 🙂 NOTE: there is some infrastructural remodel/construction happening in early 2024, so daytime was a bit noisy and midday naps were a bit difficult. Overall, we would return to this property, easily, it's safe and has everything you need. Come on now... just book the vacation already! Christopher G

Jan 16, 2024 Phenomenal spot! Our family of four loved this unit and all the beaches and adventures surrounding the area. Our four-year-old fish child loved looking over the pool, and we enjoyed the ocean view and lanai access from our room so we could sneak out after bedtime no problem. Our 9-month-old tucked into the walk-in closet - nice space perk. The unit was so clean which was so appreciated with a crawler. Laura was phenomenal and so speedy to respond! Had all the beach equipment needed and provided all the gear for our kiddos. 10/10! Chelsea A

Oct 14, 2023 Beyond Expectations! My wife and I visited this beautiful condo in early October 2023. The title of our reference says it all, "It was beyond expectations at every turn." The owners did not miss one opportunity to make this vacation home a true gem. Everything in the unit is top of the line; a. The kitchen appliances, glassware, cutlery, and anything else you need. b. The master bedroom and the king bed was perfect and super comfortable. c. TV and entertainment systems. d. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and touts. The unit is spotless and modern with many upgrades including the bathroom, shower, and all new paint. The view of the ocean and islands is breathtaking. The pool area is perfect and the BBQ area is outstanding. The owners were very attentive and most gracious. The ease of entry with a snap and Megan and her team went above and beyond to make our vacation simply perfect. DO NOT MISS the opportunity to visit this condo when you visit Maui. Jul 20, 2023 ABSOLUTE PARADISE! The rental experience was perfect from beginning to end. My husband and I could not have been happier and more grateful to have stayed in this stunning rental. The staff at the building were all kind, making the stay that much more enjoyable. Plenty of carts upon arrival for easy load/unloading. The grounds were perfectly manicured. Filtered water bottle fill in the lobby, no need to buy water! There is plenty of space to layout on the lawn overlooking the ocean. Beach access is RIGHT THERE. The pool was taken care of really well! The unit itself was BREATHTAKING. You walk into the most incredible ocean view. The unit is modern with a really high-end beach vibe. The unit is VERY clean. You will want for nothing. They thought of it all in the unit. Beach supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry. JUST PERFECT all around. Communication was quick and prior to arrival we received a link to an entire homepage full of island and rental unit info. There is no better place and the price is an absolute steal! THANK YOU.
