The access to both the pool and the beach made it perfect for our family, and having beach essentials like an umbrella, chairs, and a cart was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights was spotting whales from the lanai using the provided binoculars—such a memorable experience! The condo was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a relaxing place to stay that was spotlessly clean with a lot of the amenities that you would expect. The host Gather Vacations were very helpful and always very responsive. Highly recommend. They provide lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. The binoculars were great for whale watching. The kitchen was well stocked, including pots, pans, dishes, coffee makers (cup and traditional), and a pressure cooker. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the private lanai. There were also beach chairs, towels, and a wagon in the hall closet. The bed was comfy, and the two smart TVs were a nice touch. The grounds were beautifully manicured into a tropical paradise. We enjoyed walking around the gardens and taking pictures of the plants and water features. There were two pools to choose from, and an onsite restaurant for convenience…however it was in close proximity to many other upscale shopping and restaurants with beautiful ocean views. Parking and a gym were available for a fee. The resort itself is pretty quiet compared to others. There is a grocery store across the street and nightly food trucks within walking distance.   • Jan 16, 2024 Kaanapali Shores 746 This was one of three units that Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers was able to coordinate for our family vacation. The unit was perfect for the young family staying there, complete with pack-and-play, highchair, and beach toys. As indicated, there were beach chairs umbrellas, and a folding wagon. The unit was modern, nicely decorated, and very comfortable with a large couch to curl up on. Great unit! Maureen T

  • Dec 19, 2023 Great Stay in Kaanapali We booked 2 separate units for our family trip and had an absolutely wonderful time here! The unit is very well equipped with everything you need and MORE (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, umbrellas, beach/pool toys, they even provided a pack-and-play and highchair)! The unit is on a beautiful property with two pools- one oceanfront 'adult pool' and another kid-friendly in the garden area, which we actually preferred. The location is great! Walking distance to a grocery store, farmer's market, ABC, and some late-night spots. You are right on the beach and it's a quick 3-5 minutes to get to the boardwalk (Duke's is a 10-minute or less walk). You are about an 8-minute drive to Whaler's Village. The room itself was clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. The winning aspect of the room was for sure the view it provided! The Team managing the property was very responsive to any inquiry leading up to the trip and during our stay. They also provided us with easy check-in and check-out instructions which made the stay extra smooth. Quite possibly the friendliest and easiest property management I've encountered. Would highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again! Jaime S

  • Jul 08, 2026 A beautiful condo, clean with a gorgeous view! The initial impression, arriving at the hotel was much like many properties in Hawaii, kind of dated. But upon arrival to the unit was clean, updated and ready before check in time. The host was extremely responsive to the litany of questions I kept asking. They did request to keep sand out of the unit, which I attempted to do religiously, perhaps a dust buster would be a good addition to the unit. The dishwasher was SILENT! Loved that since one of my kids slept on the pull out. Love having the chairs and umbrella to use. I was a little surprised to learn that the gym and parking cost extra upon arrival, but it wasn’t a large fee so it wasn’t a big deal just didn’t see that in the listing. Overall, we were very happy with this unit! Susan W

Other than that, we were very happy with the new appliances in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and other furnishings were in very good condition. The overall resort is nicer than some of the pictures indicate. Two nice pools in which one is more accommodating for families with children, and the other pool is where mostly adults hung out. There are tons of amenities in the nearby area (restaurants, shopping, biking, golf, grocery, etc.)Only reason I would not give this a 5 star across the board is the door needing to be fixed. Pat W

Had pretty much everything you need within walking distance. We enjoyed the food trucks literally in the parking lot. Grocery store and food across the street. Easy access to a beach and the 2 pools were great. There were snorkeling rentals on the property or across the road as well. My only complaint was I thought we were on or within walking distance to Black Rock/Kaanapali main beach when I booked this place. We were not… we had to drive and park at Whalers Village.   • Jul 08, 2026 AMAZING place to stay in Maui!!! My wife and I just got home from a weeks stay at this wonderful unit at Aston Kaanapali Shores, and we didn’t want to leave. This is a first rate place to stay. From the very beginning of the rental process, Vance and family were in touch with all the information and help we needed. Any inquiries we had were answered thoughtfully and immediately. When we arrived, we had a code for the door and could go straight to our room saving us any time or hassle at the front desk. The unit is Exactly as pictured with no surprises. It is as good (or better) than pictured. First and foremost, the view is stunning. You can see and hear the ocean from the Lanai and even from the couch! The unit was SPOTLESS and felt brand new. As stated the unit has been completely renovated so it feels like brand new. We had everything we needed as the unit is very well stocked. The bedroom was quiet and cozy. The bed was memory foam I think, and we slept great the whole time. This washer and dryer were also new and very handy, again saving us time and money. Th closet contained a boogie board, two very nice beach chairs, a cooler, and a collapsible cart, which was perfect for getting supplies from the great grocery store across the street. The main room furniture is very comfortable, we could tell that they purchased quality furniture from using the sectional every day. We had coffee every morning on the lanai, and my wife loved reading out there among the tropical breezes and birdsong. The kitchen was a highlight for us. Both of us love to cook, and this kitchen was a chef’s dream. Again, everything was brand new and, more importantly, solid quality! Stainless steel appliances with all the bells and whistles, while being easy to use. We made several meals, and everything we needed was there. Quality knives, pots and pans of all sizes (most of which were brand new of course). We both give this property and the hosts our highest recommendation and want to return as soon as we are able to do so! Russell G

The access to both the pool and the beach made it perfect for our family, and having beach essentials like an umbrella, chairs, and a cart was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights was spotting whales from the lanai using the provided binoculars—such a memorable experience! The condo was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. Jan 31, 2025 The location is centrally located to a lot of activities we wanted to do, plus walkable to a few of our favorite restaurants and hang outs. It’s a relaxing place to stay that was spotlessly clean with a lot of the amenities that you would expect. The host Gather Vacations were very helpful and always very responsive. Highly recommend. It's rare to find a unit this nice with laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, on the beach with great pools, AND a restaurant on site. This is a rare find for this price! Friendly staff, food trucks on the lot next door, grocery store across the street, you couldn't ask for more. We have stayed on the property many times and always enjoy our stay! Highly recommend! Apr 28, 2024 Perfect Paradise Stay This was our first time in Maui. We really enjoyed staying in this. The view of the ocean, pool, and grounds was spectacular. They provide lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. The binoculars were great for whale watching. The kitchen was well stocked, including pots, pans, dishes, coffee makers (cup and traditional), and a pressure cooker. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the private lanai. There were also beach chairs, towels, and a wagon in the hall closet. The bed was comfy, and the two smart TVs were a nice touch. The grounds were beautifully manicured into a tropical paradise. We enjoyed walking around the gardens and taking pictures of the plants and water features. There were two pools to choose from, and an onsite restaurant for convenience…however it was in close proximity to many other upscale shopping and restaurants with beautiful ocean views. Parking and a gym were available for a fee. The resort itself is pretty quiet compared to others. There is a grocery store across the street and nightly food trucks within walking distance. Jan 16, 2024 Kaanapali Shores 746 This was one of three units that Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers was able to coordinate for our family vacation. The unit was perfect for the young family staying there, complete with pack-and-play, highchair, and beach toys. As indicated, there were beach chairs umbrellas, and a folding wagon. The unit was modern, nicely decorated, and very comfortable with a large couch to curl up on. Great unit! Maureen T

Dec 19, 2023 Great Stay in Kaanapali We booked 2 separate units for our family trip and had an absolutely wonderful time here! The unit is very well equipped with everything you need and MORE (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, umbrellas, beach/pool toys, they even provided a pack-and-play and highchair)! The unit is on a beautiful property with two pools- one oceanfront 'adult pool' and another kid-friendly in the garden area, which we actually preferred. The location is great! Walking distance to a grocery store, farmer's market, ABC, and some late-night spots. You are right on the beach and it's a quick 3-5 minutes to get to the boardwalk (Duke's is a 10-minute or less walk). You are about an 8-minute drive to Whaler's Village. The room itself was clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. The winning aspect of the room was for sure the view it provided! The Team managing the property was very responsive to any inquiry leading up to the trip and during our stay. They also provided us with easy check-in and check-out instructions which made the stay extra smooth. Quite possibly the friendliest and easiest property management I've encountered. Would highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again! Jaime S

Jul 08, 2026 A beautiful condo, clean with a gorgeous view! The initial impression, arriving at the hotel was much like many properties in Hawaii, kind of dated. But upon arrival to the unit was clean, updated and ready before check in time. The host was extremely responsive to the litany of questions I kept asking. They did request to keep sand out of the unit, which I attempted to do religiously, perhaps a dust buster would be a good addition to the unit. The dishwasher was SILENT! Loved that since one of my kids slept on the pull out. Love having the chairs and umbrella to use. I was a little surprised to learn that the gym and parking cost extra upon arrival, but it wasn’t a large fee so it wasn’t a big deal just didn’t see that in the listing. Overall, we were very happy with this unit! Susan W

Reviewer Comments: The condo is roomy and in very good condition, other than the sliding door to the patio was hard to open/shut and the screen door needs to be fixed. Other than that, we were very happy with the new appliances in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and other furnishings were in very good condition. The overall resort is nicer than some of the pictures indicate. Two nice pools in which one is more accommodating for families with children, and the other pool is where mostly adults hung out. There are tons of amenities in the nearby area (restaurants, shopping, biking, golf, grocery, etc.)Only reason I would not give this a 5 star across the board is the door needing to be fixed. Pat W

We enjoyed the food trucks literally in the parking lot. Grocery store and food across the street. Easy access to a beach and the 2 pools were great. There were snorkeling rentals on the property or across the road as well. My only complaint was I thought we were on or within walking distance to Black Rock/Kaanapali main beach when I booked this place. We were not… we had to drive and park at Whalers Village. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. Mary A
Jul 08, 2026 AMAZING place to stay in Maui!!! My wife and I just got home from a weeks stay at this wonderful unit at Aston Kaanapali Shores, and we didn’t want to leave. This is a first rate place to stay. From the very beginning of the rental process, Vance and family were in touch with all the information and help we needed. Any inquiries we had were answered thoughtfully and immediately. When we arrived, we had a code for the door and could go straight to our room saving us any time or hassle at the front desk. The unit is Exactly as pictured with no surprises. It is as good (or better) than pictured. First and foremost, the view is stunning. You can see and hear the ocean from the Lanai and even from the couch! The unit was SPOTLESS and felt brand new. As stated the unit has been completely renovated so it feels like brand new. We had everything we needed as the unit is very well stocked. The bedroom was quiet and cozy. The bed was memory foam I think, and we slept great the whole time. This washer and dryer were also new and very handy, again saving us time and money. Th closet contained a boogie board, two very nice beach chairs, a cooler, and a collapsible cart, which was perfect for getting supplies from the great grocery store across the street. The main room furniture is very comfortable, we could tell that they purchased quality furniture from using the sectional every day. We had coffee every morning on the lanai, and my wife loved reading out there among the tropical breezes and birdsong. The kitchen was a highlight for us. Both of us love to cook, and this kitchen was a chef’s dream. Again, everything was brand new and, more importantly, solid quality! Stainless steel appliances with all the bells and whistles, while being easy to use. We made several meals, and everything we needed was there. Quality knives, pots and pans of all sizes (most of which were brand new of course). We both give this property and the hosts our highest recommendation and want to return as soon as we are able to do so! Russell G
