Sep 26, 2025 The house was perfect for the 5 of us. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. The 3 king beds are very comfortable and all nights were restful. The spa and the pool were clean and great to keep us entertained for the times we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The kitchen has all modern amenities and equipment. We loved every moment of our stay. The house is also decorated tastefully and is free of any extra items and clutter. This helps to further unwind and feel relaxed. We heartily recommend this place for vacationing and would ourselves stay here again. Akshay M

May 16, 2025 We had a great time on our family vacation! We had a great time on our family vacation! The house was perfectly set up for 6 people with plenty of room. We spent every night out at the hot tub & pool and enjoyed some dinners out in the outdoor dining area. House was well equipped with everything we needed! They even supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and more. Very close, easy drive into town and a wonderful gated community for morning walks with great views. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Lexi M

Oct 16, 2024 Overall, the house was exactly how it was described. It was clean and in a great neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were a welcoming option after a day out on the town. We also found the barbecue and outside dining table a definite plus! We were only there 5 nights but with all the amenities we needed and privacy with this beautiful place we felt like home! Jun 12, 2024 Beautiful property! Location was easy to find. House was clean and provided everything a family would need. Family enjoyed the pool, yard and BBQ and all the space it came with. Thankful for all the outdoor beach toys, water shoes, life jackets ect in garage. Our Granddaughter enjoyed riding the bikes. We left a boogie board for the next guests and hope it adds to the collection of beach fun! Nathan M

Jun 03, 2024 May family and I stayed here for 10 days during a recent trip to the Big Island. The neighborhood is gated and absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect for us. The home itself was large, clean, and well appointed. We usually ate two meals a day at the house so it was great to have a large kitchen to cook or just make sandwiches to bring to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great to come home to after whatever our adventure was for the day. Having a washer and dryer was a real benefit and the extras like coolers, beach chairs, and snorkel gear were an unexpected perk as well. Communication was excellent from the very beginning and we felt the price was very reasonable for this property. We would highly recommend staying here. Brian C

Aug 08, 2023 We’ll for starters the private neighborhood was awesome. Very quiet, no tourist noise and beautiful views. The private backyard with the pool was amazing. The house was honestly really nice especially the master bedroom but one thing I did notice that really bothered me was the old furniture. This place can def use an upgrade on those. Some of the couches were stained and nasty I didn’t even sit on them. AC wasn’t 100% working while I was there I was contacted about it before saying that they got someone out already but didn’t notice how it wasn’t 100% until I came home around noon one of the days and the house was at 80. Overall very good spot and would recommend especially for a family that wants to spend some time in the house and not do to much activities on the island. Ahmed M

Aug 04, 2022 A fantastic week in Kona We had a fantastic time at this house in Kona. It is in a beautiful gated community, just minutes from world class snorkeling and downtown. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the pool and plenty of outdoor seating for Al fresco meals. The house is well appointed with plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, and other beach gear (umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys). The kitchen had most utensils and baking dishes you could need for a week and plenty of storage containers. Our one complaint was that the secondary bathroom shower was quite slick and could probably use an in shower mat or safety bars, or both. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here! Kathleen B
