It overlooks the #4 Fairway of the resort golf course with stunning views of the ocean and Maui beyond. Paradise awaits! Residential rental guests have the opportunity to enjoy world class hotel services and amenities at Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai. Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to gain access to these amenities, but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. Payment of resort fees is made directly to the resort, which is a separate entity from Elite Pacific Vacations powered by Gather. Hotel services and amenities include:

- Club Concierge Services, dedicated to creating special experiences for all registered guests
- Hotel Pools and Services (During Peak Season, Residential and Rental guests are welcome to access King's Pond pool deck chaise lounges in addition to the Lawn and Beach chaise lounges. All other pool deck chaise lounges will become available after 3:00 PM daily. During Peak of Peak and Festive Season, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on the lawns and on the beaches only, as directed by pool staff.)

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Complimentary (ages 0-4), Children: $37-115 (ages 5-13), Adults: $75-$230 (Ages 14+). Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt in for resort access during their visit. The entire household (not to exceed maximum occupancy) is required to opt in for a minimum of 2 consecutive days with no breaks in between, the party must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. During the Peak (1/6/25-1/18/25, 3/8/25-3/22/25, 6/13/25-8/31/25) and Peak of Peak season (2/14/25-2/22/25, 3/23/25-4/24/25, 11/21/25-11/29/25) rental guests will be eligible to submit their amenity access requests with Club Concierge 30 days prior to the start of their resort access date. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort.
Please be advised that Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai Management maintains absolute control of the establishment and administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. Resort amenities cannot be guaranteed and may be limited, without advance notice, during certain local events and peak holidays. No refunds or discounts will be given during these times.
