Downstairs, you'll find two guest rooms—one with two twin XL beds that can convert into a king, and another with a queen bed. The bonus room includes two twin beds, perfect for children or overflow guests. A full bathroom with a large shower and double sinks, along with a convenient half bath, serves the downstairs area.

The home also includes a private electric gate, a two-car garage, and secure storage for surfboards.
