Description

Villa Oasis is one of our favorite villa located in the prime area of Punta Minitas, offering breathtaking views of Minitas Beach and Minitas Bay. Designed by renowned Italian architect Gianfranco Fini, known for his work on Casa de Campo’s marina inspired by Porto Rotondo in Italy, this property epitomizes brightness, beauty, elegance, and modernity.

The villa boasts eight bedrooms, strategically divided into three main areas, providing both privacy and convenience. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with soothing colors, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The central part of the house features a spacious living room, ideal for family gatherings and relaxation. Additionally, there is an entertainment area designed for both adults and children to enjoy.

Among the eight bedrooms, two are luxurious master suites. One is situated on the top floor, offering magnificent views from private balconies. The second master suite is located on the ground level, ensuring easy access. The remaining six guest rooms are distributed between the top and ground floors. Each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

In terms of amenities, Villa Oasis offers a game room complete with a pool table, providing entertainment for guests. Additionally, there is a family room where guests can relax and spend quality time together. The villa’s design takes advantage of the ocean breeze, allowing guests to enjoy the refreshing air from the private deck. Moreover, the property features an exclusive small private beach, adding to the overall charm and allure of the villa.

Resort Registration: All guests must register prior to arrival, in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort upon arrival. Registration requirements: Guest names and passport numbers.

Upon registration, each guest will receive a Casa de Campo ID card with guest stay dates. ID card will grant the individual named on the card to access the resort, as well as the use of various facilities, including:
Access to Equestrian Center
Access to Shooting Center
Access to Tennis Courts
Access to Casa de Campo Spa
Access to golf courses and advance tee times
Use of Fitness Center
Use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas Beach
Access to the services of Central Romana Medical Center

NON-SMOKING VILLA. CHILDREN WELCOME. NO PETS ALLOWED. Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo® resort fee. The listed rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay.
