Welcome to Villa Palmeras, a magnificent eight-bedroom villa nestled in an enviable location within Casa de Campo®. This stunning villa offers breathtaking views of the Dye Fore Golf Course, the Marina, and the glistening Caribbean Sea. From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by a sense of tranquility and beauty. As you step into Villa Palmeras, you’ll be welcomed by a charming courtyard adorned with lush gardens and serene fish ponds. A picturesque bridge leads you to the social areas of the house, where you’ll find the inviting swimming pool and gazebo. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or relaxing in the shaded gazebo, you’ll be surrounded by the natural beauty of your surroundings.

The villa boasts a formal dining room capable of comfortably seating 20 guests, making it the perfect space for hosting memorable meals and special occasions. Additionally, a large studio and a massage room are available for your relaxation and well-being. If needed, the massage room can also be utilized as an eighth bedroom, ensuring flexibility to accommodate larger groups. Each of the guest rooms at Villa Palmeras is air-conditioned and features a private en-suite bathroom, a terrace, and an in-room safe box. This ensures that every guest enjoys a comfortable and secure stay.

The thoughtful design of the villa allows for privacy and personal space, while also offering ample opportunities to gather and socialize. One of the highlights of Villa Palmeras is its exceptional staff, who are dedicated to making your stay truly memorable. With their warm hospitality and attentiveness, they will ensure that you feel right at home throughout your time at the villa.

Resort Registration: All guests must register prior to arrival, in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort upon arrival. Registration requirements: Guest names and passport numbers.

Upon registration, each guest will receive a Casa de Campo ID card with guest stay dates. ID card will grant the individual named on the card to access the resort, as well as the use of various facilities, including:
Access to Equestrian Center
Access to Shooting Center
Access to Tennis Courts
Access to Casa de Campo Spa
Access to golf courses and advance tee times
Use of Fitness Center
Use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas Beach
Access to the services of Central Romana Medical Center

NON-SMOKING VILLA. CHILDREN WELCOME. NO PETS ALLOWED. Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo® resort fee. The listed rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay.
