Description
This new eclectic two-story six bedroom villa benefits from a constant breeze from the east, creating a refreshing and pleasant ambiance throughout the house. All six bedrooms in the villa are designed to accommodate couples, as each features a king-size bed. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom, a grand salon, a terrace, and an open guest kitchen with a formal dining table. The decor is characterized by a light color palette with striking pieces of art. The second floor comprises five-bedroom suites. There are also two family rooms, each connecting two of the suites. Every suite has an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a vaulted ceiling, and a balcony. The villa boasts an elegant swimming pool area, perfect for relaxation and recreation. Adjacent to the swimming pool, there is an enclosed gazebo equipped with air conditioning. It also features an open kitchen, dining area, and living space with a TV, providing an ideal spot for entertainment and socializing. Overall, this villa offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat for guests, combining stylish design, ample space, and a range of amenities to enhance their stay.

Resort Registration: All guests must register prior to arrival, in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort upon arrival. Registration requirements: Guest names and passport numbers.
Upon registration, each guest will receive a Casa de Campo ID card with guest stay dates. ID card will grant the individual named on the card to access the resort, as well as the use of various facilities, including:

Access to Shooting Center
Access to Tennis Courts
Access to Casa de Campo Spa
Access to golf courses and advance tee times
Use of Fitness Center
Use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas Beach
Access to the services of Central Romana Medical Center
NON-SMOKING VILLA. CHILDREN WELCOME. NO PETS ALLOWED. Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo® resort fee. The listed rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay.
