Terracotta is a Tropical Caribbean villa situated above the Marina. This exceptional property is part of a collection of exquisite residences designed by Studio Fini, known for their innovative use of natural materials, glass, and expansive spaces.
Spanning two stories, the design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, allowing residents to fully embrace the tropical surroundings. The villa features both open and closed social areas, providing versatile spaces for entertaining or simply relaxing in style. An infinity-edge pool adds to the allure of the property and the lovely backyard invites residents to unwind amidst lush gardens.
Throughout the villa, you’ll find fine Oak wood, stone, and metal finishing details. The living, dining areas, and bedrooms are all air-conditioned, ensuring comfort even on warmer days. The combination of Balinese influences and chic design elements creates a unique and harmonious ambiance that is both inviting and stylish.

Resort Registration: All guests must register prior to arrival, in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort upon arrival. Registration requirements: Guest names and passport numbers.
Upon registration, each guest will receive a Casa de Campo ID card with guest stay dates. ID card will grant the individual named on the card to access the resort, as well as the use of various facilities, including:

Access to Shooting Center
Access to Tennis Courts
Access to Casa de Campo Spa
Access to golf courses and advance tee times
Use of Fitness Center
Use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas Beach

NON-SMOKING VILLA. CHILDREN WELCOME. NO PETS ALLOWED. Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo® resort fee. The listed rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. Villa information, descriptions, features, amenities, included staff, and images, are subject to change.
