This oceanfront four-bedroom villa was designed by the renowned French architect and artist Savin J. Couëlle. A charming and beautiful retreat that offers guests breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the Teeth of the Dog Golf Course, and Catalina Island.
Featured in Architect Digest magazine, the villa showcases the artistic and organic style for which the architect is famous. As you enter the villa, you are greeted by the high-ceiling living areas adorned with the artist’s signature archways, stone accents, and pastel colors. These design elements create a unique and visually stunning environment. The main master suite occupies a privileged location within the villa, allowing guests to relax and enjoy panoramic views of the sea from the bed. Another master suite and two guest bedrooms are also part of the accommodation, providing ample space and comfort for all guests. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and offers en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience.
The villa is complemented by a great staff who are dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring a memorable stay for guests. They are there to assist with any needs and ensure that your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Resort Registration: All guests must register prior to arrival, in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort upon arrival. Registration requirements: Guest names and passport numbers.
Upon registration, each guest will receive a Casa de Campo ID card with guest stay dates. ID card will grant the individual named on the card to access the resort, as well as the use of various facilities, including:

Access to Shooting Center
Access to Tennis Courts
Access to Casa de Campo Spa
Access to golf courses and advance tee times
Use of Fitness Center
Use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas Beach
Access to the services of Central Romana Medical Center
NON-SMOKING VILLA. CHILDREN WELCOME. NO PETS ALLOWED. Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo® resort fee. The listed rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay.
