Apr 15, 2025 This property is magnificent. It is like having your own private wellness spa with a perfect view of the sunset. It is an easy 1 mile walk to the beach. Other resorts, the market, and golf course are also walkable or reachable with a very short drive. At the end of the road there is a tiny breakfast restaurant with tables and stunning views where you can take the path to the beach. The property is safe, well-equipped with easy to use instructions. Aug 19, 2024 Paradise does exist ~ Kauai 💙💕💜 This place was perfect for the 8 of us, with the youngest being 5 yrs old (experienced swimmer). We created core memories and just got to know and love everything about Princeville. House was impeccably clean, fully stocked, possessed such a welcoming home environment while aesthetically beautiful. We can’t wait to go back!!! May 04, 2024 It doesn’t get better than this. You won’t be disappointed. This home is perfect for any type of stay in Hanalei/Princeville. Family gatherings, group vacations, romantic getaways, or a luxury surf trip. You’ll find all the amenities you could want and each room sets its own environment, from relaxing to energizing. We had a great time by the pool, firing up the bbq, and washing off in the outdoor facilities. Cooking and bartending in the kitchen was easy as everything was easy to find and well organized. Some of the best sleep I’ve ever had in the master bed, but all of the bedrooms lend themselves to quality rest, with a view to make you feel that you’re still dreaming when the sun comes up. We were treated with rainbows and light rooster calls each morning, and gifted gorgeous sunsets each evening. I highly recommend this home, and want to thank Yen for taking great care of us during our stay. Zean M

Nov 14, 2023 Celebrated my husband's birthday with our daughters and family. The house and location are beautiful. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms, lovely pool area and surrounding greenery. North shore Kauai is a favorite place and it was nice to share it with family. Yen, the property manager, is great. She is very nice and very responsive to any questions or requests. Nearby Hanalei is pretty and laid back and what we imagine Hawaii should be. It has great restaurants, the best being BarAcuda. Toni M

Aug 26, 2023 This past visit was our second stay in this home. Rest and relaxation are the only vibe radiating from this exquisite casa. It’s not too far from sun, sand & surf. The villa boasts an infinity pool, perfect for taking in the breathtaking tropic beauty while relaxing in the warm Hawaiian sun.
Hanalei Plantation Villa features an expansive, flowing floor plan in which the upper-level living spaces open to bring the outdoors in, emphasizing the breathtaking mountain and waterfall views. The home also includes an additional living space on the lower level, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a steam room. Each of the three sumptuous bedrooms offers access to a lanai, enabling guests to enjoy cool trade winds as they blow through the villa. The bathrooms provide spa-like amenities such as soaking tubs, a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and an open-air shower. The fourth bedroom is an ideal room for yoga and meditation lovers, with ample natural light and ventilation. Includes a dedicated yoga space and note that there are no window coverings or air conditioning.

The home also offers convenient access to dining, shopping, and entertainment in Hanalei town, as well as opportunities for surfing, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, helicopter rides, zip-lining, and miniature golf. After a visit to Hanalei Plantation Villa, you'll certainly understand the meaning of its name, "peaceful sea and sky."
Air conditioning is only available in 3 of the bedrooms of Hanalei Plantation Villa. 4th bedroom, Living room, Dining room and other common areas do NOT have AC.
Windows and Sliding Glass Doors can also be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. Occasionally trade winds may not blow for a few days. The months of June through September tend to have the warmest temperatures.
Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $450 plus tax applies to all stays of 10 days or longer.
This property has surveillance cameras pointing to the exterior of the home for security purposes.
Please be advised that the pool does NOT heat. There is no heating option for this pool. The garage is for owner's use only.
