  • Aug 15, 2025 We had a wonderful time here. the backyard was amazing. the pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower were such an absolute pleasure. We cooked many meals in the magnificent kitchen. the Weber barbeque was a plus. This house is huge! Each bedroom is a deluxe suite. All 3 bedrooms have master bathrooms with amazing bathtubs and plenty of storage space. there are so many windows so its full of light all day. the air conditioning and ceiling fans kept everything nice and cool. There is a great landscaping crew that is always making sure everything is perfect. The property management team was very friendly and responsive to communication and made us feel at home. we highly recommended this house and would happily return again and again. Jim Habernicht

  • Dec 21, 2024 Wonderful home in a beautiful, and peaceful neighborhood. Perfect place for a family Christmas gathering. Stayed here with my two grown children and their spouses. It is great everyone can have their own bathroom and privacy. Pool, hot tub and fire pit were our favorite gathering places. Kitchen has everything you need to cook simple to complex meals.   • Sep 05, 2024 We had an amazing stay at this property in Poipu, Kaua’i! The house was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and also very clean, providing a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The property managers were quite responsive to our questions, which we appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was the ‘text only’ number provided for communication. Replies came from a different number, so we had to manage two separate chat threads for incoming and outgoing messages. The location of the property was excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants and stunning beaches just a short distance away. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Poipu! Jason Wurth

It came completely stocked with everything you could need, kitchen utensils, appliances, beach chairs and towels, etc. the views from the backyard and balconies were amazing and the location couldn’t have been better for access around the island.   • Feb 13, 2024 We had a great time. Neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path, yet close drive to town and restaurants. You can’t beat having your own private pool and hot tub. My only complaint would be that the washing machine was slow, took forever to wash and dry towels! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. As a side note, don’t pass up Paco’s Tacos at the golf course! Close, great breakfast and affordable and tasty food with live music in the evenings. Rachel Rowan

We enjoyed our stay and rooms were great for 3 couples with privacy, etc. Jacuzzi was very nice. Pool a bit cold and the landscaping could use some work but overall I would stay here again. We really enjoyed the layout of this house and the three master bedrooms which allowed all of us to have our own bathrooms.   • Feb 26, 2023 Lovely home in need of a deep cleaning. The furniture, linens, and mattresses were very comfy. Restaurants and ocean within easy walking distance. The pool and hot tub were wonderful though we were disappointed that the fire pit was out of service. In general bathroom cleanliness was lacking (bathtubs, grout in showers, mirrors , leaking downstairs bathroom drain). That said, we had a lovely time and appreciated the house and our vacation.
