It was a perfect size, had all the amenities we needed & was a convenient location. The views of the ocean & the lovely table & chairs on the lanai were just perfect to sit & enjoy the ocean waves & the wildlife with breakfast. The Keurig started to give us problems on our second day and the hosts immediately replaced it with a brand new one. The community is beautiful and peaceful and we found some great restaurants in the nearby shopping center. Our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. Julie S

The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Waking up to ocean views and enjoying coffee on the lanai was a daily highlight. The bed was super comfortable, the A/C worked great, and check-in was seamless. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions and great local recommendations. This place truly felt like a home away from home.   • Jul 19, 2025 Really a great condo. It has an amazing view of the cove and the ocean, the layout of the condo was great, just as described. Multiple smart TVs (Each bedroom plus the living room). Lots of places to sit and relax. Beds were comfortable. Space was quiet, barely heard nay of the neighbors. They had beach towels and an assortment of beach an snorkeling equipment including a small soft sided cooler and two reusable freezer packs. Kitchen was well equipped. No rice cooker or instapot, but they had two crockpots, a blender, a coffee maker and a Keurig. It was nice to be able to do laundry. They have multiple pools, the 'beach pool' was by far the most popular because of the views to the ocean. They also have a gate at the pool to allow access to the walking path along the ocean. Close walk to the cove and to the restaurants, coffee shop, book store and drug store. Very close to the night manta and snorkeling cruise boats (Keauhou harbor). 100% recommend and would stay here again! Jeff S

We explored the entire island, south to Punaluu, North to Hamakua, East to Hilo and Volcanoes National Park and locally visiting a coffee farm. It has be upgraded and the furniture is comfortable and stylish. Great location for all our sight seeing . Very close to all the restaurants, shopping and beaches. Pools were not busy and at times we had the main pool all to ourselves. Amazing sunsets from the property. We spent every morning having breakfast on the lanai and the view is stunning. The only thing is the kitchen needs a few more pots, pans and bowls for cooking. We would highly recommend this property for the perfect stay in Kona and would definitely rent it again! We loved it! A beautiful ocean view from the lanai where we ate breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the pools which were not busy. The property was clean and well maintained. The only negative comment is the gate guy and check in desk aren’t very nice or welcoming. We had 3 car rentals and they made a big deal even when we had rented two properties. It had clean, organized bedrooms and bathrooms with easily accessible towels and necessities. The gather was responsive and provided equipment that was obliging, ranging from the house such as basic silverware, to beach gear such as boogie boards an beach towels. There was also a nice patio to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee and sunset view. Also, the house was close to many restaurants making it convenient to navigate around. The location is absolutely perfect, offering both the serenity of the sea and the convenience of nearby attractions. Every detail of our experience was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and relaxation. The home was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony was a daily highlight that we will cherish. The registration process was seamless and straightforward, making our arrival stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent, ensuring that we felt welcome and well-informed throughout our stay. Jul 19, 2024 We booked two airbnbs at this location to accommodate our family of 12. This one was our fave since it is just as described in the pictures (very beautiful ). The only negative comment is the gate guy and check in desk aren’t very nice or welcoming. We had 3 car rentals and they made a big deal even when we had rented two properties. Jul 02, 2024 The location of this place was amazing and has oceanfront views of the beautiful cove. The place itself was spacious. It had clean, organized bedrooms and bathrooms with easily accessible towels and necessities. The gather was responsive and provided equipment that was obliging, ranging from the house such as basic silverware, to beach gear such as boogie boards an beach towels. There was also a nice patio to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee and sunset view. Also, the house was close to many restaurants making it convenient to navigate around. My family and I enjoyed this place a lot and would definitely come back again! Kaushik P
