  • May 30, 2024 This condo was great for our family of 5. There was plenty of space and amenities within the condo to help with our month long stay. Unfortunately, the pools and jacuzzis were closed for half of our stay, which then meant the kids had no place to hang out when we stayed at the condo. Access to the gym was also an additional cost, which we did not find out about until several days after we checked in. Overall a great place, just missed having access to ALL of the amenities stated on Airbnb. April Kalua

The home's open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to a fully equipped kitchen, boasting high-quality appliances and a breakfast bar, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or quick snacks.

Outside, the main lanai serves as a serene spot for dining al fresco or enjoying the views of the beautifully landscaped walking paths and gardens. The villa is fully equipped with all the necessities.

The townhome comfortably sleeps six, featuring a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and two twin beds in the third room. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation with ceiling fans, fine linens, and Smart TVs, ensuring a restful night's sleep. NOTE:
• Electricity Usage $500/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $500.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
• Per Oahu Ordinance, this home has a minimum 29-night rental period. (The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights).

1 Assigned parking stall for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.

By booking and accepting these terms and conditions, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the no-smoking policy outlined above.

Important Notice: Asphalt Repair and Seal Coating Project

The Asphalt Roadway and Driveway Seal Coat Project will take place from April 2 to July 10, 2025. During this time, asphalt repairs, reconstruction, and seal coating will be conducted in phases, which may impact parking and vehicle access.

- Repairs & Reconstruction: April 2 – April 8, 2025
- Seal Coating: May 19 – July 10, 2025 (in 8 phases)
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Temporary Parking: Available in designated areas (refer to posted notices)
- Vehicle Removal: Must be moved by 7:00 AM on scheduled workdays to avoid towing at the owner’s expense

Noise, dust, and temporary access restrictions may occur. Mail and non-essential deliveries may be delayed on affected dates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this essential maintenance project.
