Mar 25, 2022 Four Star Very well appointed unit. Overall nice high end furnishings , wood floors. However high use items like living room couches & master bed mattresses should be updated . A little worn at this point. Same for glass ware & dishes Location was terrific. Ola management , was very helpful throughout our stay - check in thru checkout Fred S

Welcome to Coconut Plantation 1080-1 by Gather, a luxuriously furnished vacation rental in the heart of Ko Olina Resort. This spacious townhome is one of the largest homes in the complex, spanning 1,715 square feet across two stories, offering the perfect retreat for your Hawaiian getaway.

The living area of Coconut Plantation 1080-1 is designed for comfort and relaxation. This spacious townhome features three well-appointed bedrooms, offering a king bed, a queen bed, and a trundle-style bed, along with three full baths. Additionally, there is a second-floor den that can be converted into a fourth bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed or used as an office, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are equally comfortable, with ample closet space and adjacent bathrooms to ensure everyone's convenience.

NOTE:
• Electricity Usage $500/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $500.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
• Per Oahu Ordinance, this home has a minimum 29-night rental period. (The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights).
2 Assigned parking stalls for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.
Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.
It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.
The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.
By booking and accepting these terms and conditions, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the no-smoking policy outlined above.
Important Notice: Asphalt Repair and Seal Coating Project
The Asphalt Roadway and Driveway Seal Coat Project will take place from April 2 to July 10, 2025. During this time, asphalt repairs, reconstruction, and seal coating will be conducted in phases, which may impact parking and vehicle access.
- Repairs & Reconstruction: April 2 – April 8, 2025
- Seal Coating: May 19 – July 10, 2025 (in 8 phases)
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Temporary Parking: Available in designated areas (refer to posted notices)
- Vehicle Removal: Must be moved by 7:00 AM on scheduled workdays to avoid towing at the owner’s expense
Noise, dust, and temporary access restrictions may occur. Mail and non-essential deliveries may be delayed on affected dates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this essential maintenance project.
