Nov 24, 2023 Amazing 🤩 This place was just perfect, my husband and I were very appreciative of this wonderful accommodation for ourselves and our family that joined us for 10 days. Everything we needed was in the apartment, plus additional items like drying racks for bathing suits and towels. Great non-stick frying pans in 3 different sizes! Loads of towels, additional bedding if needed, dishes, bowls, cooking utensils etc. I honestly cannot think of anything that was lacking. The apartment is very large and the lanai was huge with comfy furniture to enjoy the outside and the view at night. Great full size washer & dryer too. Thank you for sharing this home with us, we hope to be back in 2025! Christina B

• EXTERIOR PAINTING PROJECT NOTICE (August 07 - 17, 2026)
Please be advised that an exterior painting project is scheduled for this community during select dates in 2026–2027, weather permitting. Work will occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will include pressure washing and painting, with ladders used near windows, lanais, and balconies, which may result in daytime noise. Guests will be required to remove all personal items from the lanai/balcony, keep windows and doors closed during scheduled work, and may need to temporarily relocate vehicles for the duration of pressure washing and painting.
• This property is offered as a monthly rental. Although full-month occupancy is not required, the monthly rate remains fixed and applies in full, as prorated rates are not available.
• Minimum 29-night stay required per O‘ahu ordinance.
• Electricity usage cap: $500/month (guest responsible for overage).
• One assigned parking stall for standard or compact vehicles only; no public or street parking.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of commercially registered vehicles.
• No smoking or vaping permitted on the property.
