Jan 12, 2026 The house and its amenities were outstanding. The house is an easy walk to the beach and offers lots of beach toys, chairs, etc. Also, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for. A perfect place to spend time with friends and family! Elizabeth P

Jan 10, 2025 Our experience at Villa 21 is fabulous. It starts with the view which is as wide as we’ve seen. The interior is nicely updated with great fabrics and fixtures. The team at Gather took care of numerous requests prior to our stay including organizing a private chef dinner, photographer, baby sitter and grocery run. The walk down to the driving range and first tee is short and easy. The beach and amenities of Mauna Kea are world class. Charles P

Jun 23, 2024 We look forward to going back to Villa #21 We enjoyed our rental villa and hope to return and rent this particular villa again. The villa was very well-appointed and had everything that we could have needed; we really appreciated this. We also appreciated the cleanliness, the wonderful smell throughout the villa, and all the available towels and beach chairs for our entire family. Having the pool heated to 86 degrees (additional cost) allowed us to swim in the early morning hours. The only suggestion that I would recommend is a little more lighting in the front area where we parked our vehicle. This would have been helpful when unloading our vehicle in the evenings with children. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Mahalo Carol S

Living & Dining
The great room is the villa’s heart, framed by high ceilings and ocean-facing glass. Sink into plush seating while enjoying sweeping coastline and sunset views. A koa wood–accented living area features a flat-screen TV with Sonos sound system. The formal dining space seats eight, while the adjacent wet bar invites evening gatherings. Natural light and tropical breezes flow throughout.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite counters, a sandstone backsplash, and premium appliances, including a Miele espresso maker. Thoughtful touches like a food processor, juicer, and rice cooker make in-villa dining effortless. Bar seating allows for casual breakfasts before heading to the beach.

The expansive lanai opens onto a private heated pool, surrounded by lush landscaping. Multiple seating and dining areas set the stage for poolside lunches or twilight cocktails under glowing skies. A child safety fence can be added by request, making this space both family-friendly and serene.
