Feb 16, 2023 Coconut Plantation The whole Ko Olina property is outstanding. Our spot in Coconut plantation was well located, well appointed and very clean. Our only disappointment was the main pool was closed for most of the time we were there due to equipment issues, but we had another pool and the whole ocean to get wet in, so it wasn't really an issue. We will be back. Christopher D

Nov 16, 2021 92-1110-3 We really liked the location. It was close to the deep pool and convenient walking distance to Country Market and Beaches. Ola staff (Grant and maintenance) were very responsive and helpful. Furnishings did not match the on line pictures. Lanai furniture was adequate, but different than from that shown in pictures. There was no sideboard in the dining area - just a table and chairs. A chair in the MBR would have been a good addition. Kitchen was well furnished. Everything was very clean on check in. Towels were nice. King sized bed was comfortable. With the addition of a dining room sideboard and a DVR for the den tv, I would have rated 4 1/2 stars. Charles H

This property is offered as a monthly rental. Although full-month occupancy is not required, the monthly rate remains fixed and applies in full, regardless of the number of nights stayed, as prorated rates are not available.
Please be aware due to ongoing pressure washing, painting, and lanai deck coating inspections through May 2025, guests may experience some minimal noise and/or limited access to lanais from these activities.

Per Oahu Ordinance, this home has a minimum 29-night rental period. (The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights).
1 Assigned parking stall for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.
Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.
It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The Asphalt Roadway and Driveway Seal Coat Project will take place from April 2 to July 10, 2025. During this time, asphalt repairs, reconstruction, and seal coating will be conducted in phases, which may impact parking and vehicle access.

- Seal Coating: May 19 – July 10, 2025 (in 8 phases)
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Temporary Parking: Available in designated areas (refer to posted notices)
- Vehicle Removal: Must be moved by 7:00 AM on scheduled workdays to avoid towing at the owner’s expense
Noise, dust, and temporary access restrictions may occur. Mail and non-essential deliveries may be delayed on affected dates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this essential maintenance project.
