Oct 11, 2016 Nice 3bd/3ba in CP I've stayed in this condo on several occasions, which have been work related. The condo is nice, clean and airy. The 2-car garage is great to have, but the garage doors are a bit small, and one needs to use a bit of caution navigating going in and out. The condo is a short walk to the shops and lagoons in Ko Olina. However, it can get a bit noisy at times, since the condo backs up against the fence of the parking lot for those shops. Gary M

Jan 17, 2016 Our Coconut Plantation Stay Loved the Coconut Plantation! The home we rented fit our family needs. Love the people we worked with, loved the people we met at the pool that made us feel welcomed. The walk to the Beach was not that far. Had beautiful weather and enjoyed the relaxing time we had. Dec 28, 2015 A Vacation Home After weeks of research of where to stay for our first time in Oahu, my husband and I selected Coconut Plantation and we were delighted that we did. We stayed for a month and wanted a place where we could feel at home in paradise surroundings. This place was it. It was clean, well furnished, had comfortable beds, and all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed many meals out on the spacious lanai. We loved the plantation shutters that allowed easy access to open the windows and enjoy the trade winds throughout the night. The only drawback was we could hear some construction noise during early morning hours at the pizza shop that was remodeling in the shopping center close by. But, we contacted Ola Properties, who promptly spoke to the owner of pizza shop. After that, the noise stopped at a reasonable hour and the owner gave us a free meal for our inconvenience. The Coconut Plantation and Ko Olina were beyond what we imagined our stay in Hawaii would be. The grounds were beautiful. The pools and hot tub were impeccable. It was a convenient location having a variety of shops, restaurants all within walking distance. We could also walk to the nearby hotels and lagoons. The scenery and beach areas here are just gorgeous. On days that we did not spend in Ko Olina, it was such a pleasure to come “home” after a day of exploring other parts of the island or visiting with our son who is stationed at the Hickam Air Force base. We would definitely stay Coconut Plantation again. Angela P

Feb 28, 2014 We love Ko'Olina We love the Ko'Olina area and enjoyed visiting all our favorite spots there, and around the island. We even enjoyed the rainy days lounging in the living room with the breezes blowing through and the rain pounding while we read books. We have rented through Ola before and will likely do so again. You folks are all great to deal with. Mahalo to Debi, Jackie (who checked us in), and Jack (who brought us propane for the grill). Vicki F

Welcome to Coconut Plantation 1078-3 by Gather, a sprawling resort beach home in the Coconut Plantation at Ko Olina. This Hawaii townhome is a perfect blend of spacious living and beachside bliss.
This elegantly furnished 2-story townhome spans 1,715 square feet across two stories, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment. With an additional 579 square feet of lanai space, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation rental is one of the largest homes in the complex.
Each room in Coconut Plantation 1078-3 is designed to evoke the spirit of the islands. The living room and dining area open up to the large private lanais, where you can enjoy alfresco dining or relax with a book in the fresh air.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, complete with modern appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary utensils. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer adds to the conveniences of home.
The ground floor caters to guests who prefer easy access, featuring one bedroom with an Olympic queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The upstairs houses a magnificent primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a newly remodeled full bath boasting a large soaking bathtub, separate shower stall, and a bidet. Two additional bedrooms upstairs and another full bath ensure comfort for all guests.
The townhome's location is unbeatable, just a short walk from resort favorites like the Lagoon Beaches, Four Seasons, and Disney's Aulani Resort and Spa. The Coconut Plantation pools and hot tubs are also just a few minutes away on foot.
Spend your days hitting the greens of Ko Olina Championship Golf Course, setting sail from the resort marina, or swimming in one of the four sandy lagoons. Enjoy the breathtaking Hawaii sunsets, experience local luaus, or take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful Ko Olina Resort.

• Electricity Usage $500/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $500.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
• Per Oahu Ordinance, this home has a minimum 29-night rental period. (The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights).
2 Assigned parking stalls for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.
Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.
It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.
The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.
