  • Aug 22, 2024 Great location and great amenities. We have stayed at this same unit several times now. It is our favorite. Perfect location for us right near the community entrance and across the street from the large pool. The pool area has a barbecue, which makes it nice that we don’t have to eat out every day. Being near the entrance is very convenient for stepping right over to the nearby shops, restaurants, hotels and beach. House is very clean and stocked with everything needed for a great vacation and days at the beach too. We all enjoy the 3 separate patios too. Great location and great amenities. The walkability to the lagoons, restaurants, and golf course make staying at the property a no-brainer.   • Aug 07, 2024 Wonderful place to enjoy! My husband and I loved this unit in Ko Olina. We loved the area and the close proximity to the golf course. We stayed here with our friends and enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood and resort. It's a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty and atmosphere of Hawaii. The unit is also beautiful inside. Nice comfortable living area, big kitchen and comfortable beds. We would go back again. Lori F
  • Aug 01, 2024 Beautiful townhome. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful townhome. We stayed here with 6 people, and found it roomy for even 8 people. Great location! Just around the corner from the shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the lagoons, with a pool and bbq area right across the street. Meticulously kept unit: Beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need. With the Hawaiian themed decor and the lush landscape, we didn't forget for a moment that we were in Paradise. Can't wait to return! Malia M
  • Feb 22, 2024 A dream come true! We spent a glorious month in 1074-1 at Coconut Plantation. In the first two weeks we were joined by our 5 adult kids and 2 grandkids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The unit is very tastefully decorated. We loved the spacious main floor lanai for family dining. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location is fantastic - quick and easy walking access to Ko’Olina Station and the lagoons. Even though the back of the unit is adjacent to the parking lot of the nearby shops, we were never disturbed by noise. Within the complex, the unit is a 2-minute walk to the main pool and bbq area. We really appreciated the double garage, beach wagons, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the littles. There are plenty of beach towels, too. It is a quick trip into Kapolei to Costco and more shopping if you need it, and an easy trip to other parts of Oahu if you want to explore, assuming you have a vehicle. The property manager was quick to respond to a concern with the freezer icemaker. Communication with Ola Properties and Gather Vacation staff was very good. We would definitely return again. A dream come true for our 35th anniversary trip which we planned for over a year. Shauna P.

• Electricity Usage $500/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $500.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
• Per Oahu Ordinance, this home has a minimum 29-night rental period. (The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights).

2 Assigned parking stalls for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.

By booking and accepting these terms and conditions, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the no-smoking policy outlined above.

Notice: Asphalt Repair and Seal Coating Project
Please be advised that roadway and driveway repairs are scheduled from March 31 to April 7, weather permitting. The asphalt seal coating is set to begin on May 19 and will continue until completion.

During this time, parking, driveway, and garage access will be temporarily impacted, and partial roadway closures are expected. Deliveries and trash pickup may also experience delays. Street parking will be allowed; however, parking in cul-de-sacs, in front of mailboxes, on driveways, near fire hydrants, or in reserved stalls is not permitted.

For safety, directional signs, delineators, and caution tape will be in place. Please follow all posted instructions. A detailed closure map will be provided once finalized by the contractor. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this necessary project. Updates will be shared as they become available.
