  • Mar 23, 2015 Penthouse Villa is Five Stars all the way! The Penthouse Beach Villa was great & Five stars all the way! We loved the amazing ocean view, yet the Villa is spacious and private. Being fully outfitted we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and BBQ's at the resort. The Ko Olina resort area also offers great dining and amenities only a short walk away. We will definitely rent this beautiful Penthouse Villa again! Adam H

  • May 29, 2013 Fun at Ko Olina Our time at the Beach Villas was fantastic!!! We were met outside the residence by Jack, who had basically given us turn-by-turn directions to the villa. He gave us a brief, yet thorough, overview of the property and it's surroundings. There was also a complementary bottle of wine upon arrival. We had lived on Oahu from 2001 to 2005, but everything about Ko Olina had changed. They took something good and made it great! Longboards Bar & Restaurant was one of Jack's recommendations, and made for an excellent way to wind down after a long flight, with it's sea view and sounds do the ocean. We were able to take our kids to the character breakfast at the Disney resort next door, where they met Mickey & Minnie among others. Just Tacos, the Mexican restaurant just a short walk toward the entrance, is a hidden gem. The food & drinks were delicious. Then there's Paradise Cove Luau, again just a short walk away, which made for an excellent way for us to celebrate our 14th anniversary! We were able to walk there, enjoy a great show, and dance to the Hawaiian Wedding Song. The beach villa was emaculately furnished, and the view couldn't have been better. We loved it all, and had no complaints. Can't wait to go back. The B
  • May 24, 2013 "Fantastic!!" We have always stayed at resorts. After some arm twisting and showing my husband the pictures of the condo, my husband agreed to give Ola Properties and the Beach Villas a chance. Wow!! We can't wait to go back. First, Ola Properties was very organized and very easy to work with. We were nervous about getting the keys, checking out, etc. Super easy. They had all the emergency numbers and wireless internet codes all ready. Second, the unit was fantastic. Immaculate. Stocked with plenty of basics (salt, cleaning supplies, dish washing soap, garbage bags). The only minor critique is that this unit is far from the beach. Despite that, we loved staying here. We plan to use Ola Properties again, and perhaps stay in this exact condo again. Mia *

Rising above Your Expectations!

Beautiful, very private 14th floor penthouse has panoramic western views of all the Ko Olina lagoons and great ocean sunsets. The elevator for this villa opens out to your own private lobby. A full kitchen and open floor plan look directly toward the ocean, not across to another villa. This personally owned, beautifully decorated, fully outfitted, and comfortably furnished villa make it truly a vacation home, not a hotel or timeshare.

This villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, private lanai with golf course view, walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two extra-long twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. Smart TVs are in each bedroom and living area (complimentary Wifi included). Beach towels, beach chairs, and miscellaneous beach toys are provided. Property amenities include lap pool, family lagoon style pools, oceanfront bar, hot tubs, koi pond, BBQs, and fitness center (just below villa) with showers/steam/sauna.

Activities: Ko Olina Marina; 18-Hole Championship Ko Olina Golf Course; Four Seasons Hotel and Spa; Disney Au’lani Resort; Paradise Cove Luau; Ko Olina Station for shopping; snorkeling; scuba diving; boating; fishing; sailing; surfing; windsurfing; walking and hiking paths; guided activities, including whale watching (seasonal), dolphin swims, and scenic island tours.

Area: This romantic yet family-friendly resort is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolul International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, and other attractions. The historic surfing town of Haleiwa and Hawaii’s infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline and Turtle Bay are an hour’s drive.
