• Mar 10, 2026 The views were stunning and as advertised. The kitchen was very functional and had some basic supplies such as salt/pepper, a few spices, coffee and filters. The elevators were quick and we rarely waited more than 5 seconds. The designated parking space was very easy to get into and out of. The walking path along the other resorts was great for those morning walks. The only nit-picky thing than could be improved, was the shower water pressure was a little too strong. • Nov 20, 2023 22 visit This is our 22nd visit to the Ko’Olina Beach or Ocean Towers. This particular unit was clean and well cared for. These buildings go through cycles. This is a high priced cycle now. We’ve gone and stayed, (and you can now again go and stay) at a beach bungalow in Aitutaki, Cook Islands, or an overwater bungalow in Rangiora, Tahiti, for less than the going rates at this property, and be much more quietly and intimately on the beach. We’ve already booked/paid for our 23rd visit to Ko’Olina in January, but the next trip will likely be back to the South Pacific. Show more Show less Ward H
• Oct 08, 2023 Stunning Panoramic Ocean Views! We’ve rented at the Beach Villas many times with Ola Properties and they never disappoint! Top notch service with great communication. This Beach Villa BT-609 was amazing with truly stunning panoramic views from every room. And since the villa is direct oceanfront you can hear the ocean waves quite clearly and the large lanai off of the great room offers the best views and is a great place to lounge. • Jan 18, 2023 Great Property This was our first time staying at this property and we loved it. The unit we stayed in was ocean front and had a lovely patio for watching the sunset. • Jan 04, 2023 A perfect paradise This is our second year staying in BT609. The unit is fantastic — you can’t ask for a better view and location. The condo is well-stocked from cooking supplies to detergents to beach gear. Instructions for the wifi, laundry, and checkout are very clear. We love the lanai where we can have our coffee in the mornings and listen to the entertainment at the bar below us. The availability of the pools and beach are also ideal. • Oct 30, 2022 Five Star We have stayed in this unit before and love the view! These comments are very minor but would make staying there a bit simpler. I wish there was a drying rack for beach towels and suits. A $20 wood drying rack would be a wonderful addition. It would be great if there could be hooks in the bathroom to hang your robe on. • Oct 28, 2022 Unbeatable Views This villa was perfect for my family on our recent vacation! To start with, the views are breathtaking. You have unobstructed ocean front views, with a picture-perfect sunset each night. This unit has one of the top locations of all the units in the property. The unit itself is well-kept and well-stocked. There are beach chairs, a cooler, some sand toys, and boogey boards in the unit for you to use. The property itself is perfect for families with small children. The pools never felt crowded, and my 2 year old daughter loved the wading pool. The twice daily feeding of the coy fish was also a hit with her. It is so easy to walk to the beach from the unit (and run back up if you forgot something). The pool bar has good drinks and limited snack options, and you are an easy walk to the Marriott, Aulani, and the Four Seasons. It is also a slightly longer (about .7 mile) walk to the shopping center where you can get groceries and grab food. Ola Properties was also fantastic to work with. My only criticism is that the dryer in the unit could use update or repair--we would have to run it 3 or 4 times to get clothes dry. Show more Show less Lauren R

• Oct 14, 2015 Wonderful! Our stay at the Beach Villa's at Ko Olina was wonderful. The condo was so clean and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we drove up to the last time we drove out of the parking lot. The view from our lani was beautiful and the beaches were kept so clean. We had never been to Hawaii and were celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary. In closing we left there gaining a special friendship with a special person. Moon Kahele. What a great guy. From the moment we met him it was as if we knew him forever. We attended his show on Friday night and he sang 2 special songs for us to celebrate our anniversary. He is definitely an asset to your company and has left footprints on our hearts which time will never erase. We have a forever friend in him. So from Louisiana across the Pacific to Ko Olina Resort and Moon Kahele the moon over Louisiana lights a path between us and you!! Thanks for the memories!! Show more Show less Jodie L
• Mar 30, 2015 Spring Break 2015 Stayed in the beautiful, full ocean front villa for our second year. It was absolutely perfect for our family if girls - 11, 13 and 15. So exciting to see the whales from our lanai and to listen to the beautiful live music on Tuesday and Friday evenings. The condo was perfect, the pool area gorgeous and the beach beyond words. • Mar 03, 2015 A Wonderful Vacation We stayed in BT609 direct ocean front unit and it was worth the extra just to get that ocean front view. We have stayed in other units which are all similarly equipped and have beautiful views themselves, but as expected the ocean front was the best. There is always the feeling that you never leave the beach. The resort was as beautiful as always, the check in staff, beach bartenders, and even the grounds keepers are all friendly and happy to assist. Everything was a delight and the only thing to suggest as improvement would be to provide a bit more kitchen and bathroom supplies especially for a longer stay. Show more Show less Ron V

• Jun 16, 2014 3 Million Dollar View Wow! We spent a week at this beautiful condo, which had the most breathtaking unobstructed views of the ocean, beach lagoon, palm trees and sunsets. It was the view that we appreciated the most, but the condo was also very well appointed with all nice up to date appliances and a nice layout. The lanai was like an extension of our living room, and we spent a lot of time out there. The only downside was that we did not have daily maid service, which we would ask for next time. That way we don't have to sweep sand, do dishes and clean the kitchen everyday while we are on vacation. Otherwise we loved the resort, pool, bar area and the staff assigned to us; Monique was great, and solved a minor problem for us quickly on our first day. • Mar 26, 2014 Beautiful Ko Olina An absolutely stunning condo! Whale and dolphin watching every morning on the lanai and, of course, the most beautiful sunsets in the world every evening, we couldn't have asked for anything better than this. The condo had everything we needed - even a few extras like beach towels, boogie boards and a cooler as well as spices, coffee and cooking oils in the kitchen. Loads of space and luxuriously appointed with gorgeous furniture and artwork. We spent twelve nights with our 10, 12 and 14 year old daughters. • Mar 26, 2014 Loved every second! Loved every second of it! Sunsets every single night - what a joy! And whale watching and dolphin watching from our lanai. The lagoon was lovely. Got to visit and snorkel with the turtles over In Paradise Cove as well as have the beautiful moment of encountering two Hawaiian Monk Seals along the way. Our unit was 100% perfect for our family.
