  • Dec 29, 2024 Such a wonderful property! The pictures are spot on; the interior and the property grounds were simply stunning. The lanai is phenomenal, overlooking the picture-perfect lagoon. Enjoying the live music at the beach bar and lazing in the lagoon pool quickly became a daily ritual. The whole family got a kick out of the twice daily koi fish feeding experience and staying over the holiday period resulted in us scoring a front row view of the offshore NYE fireworks show right in front of the property; an epic experience. We are already looking to book another week in the summer for our return visit! Nick Cain
  • Sep 03, 2024 Heaven on earth! This place was wonderful. The sunsets were spectacular every night. The host was extremely accommodating. This was our first experience with an AirBnB and we were spoiled. Kitchen amenities were great, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower/tubs.   • Nov 19, 2023 Lovely stay at Ko'Olina Beach Villas This was our second visit to Ko'Olina Beach Villas. We booked our vacation rental through Ola Vacation Rentals. The best part about booking through Ola Vacation Rentals is that you have on-site support. Our TV kept was unable to connect to the internet, Ola were able to send a repair technician in a timely manner, twice! The unit does require a proper set of wine glasses, there were only 5 and they were mix matched. The outdoor furniture will need to be updated soon and the twin beds are getting pretty soft, fine for kids but not adults. We had to check-out by 10am, quite early, and we were not able to leave our bags at reception unless supervised by one person in our group. We realize that this is not a hotel but we found this frustrating. Our flight was not until the afternoon and we wanted to have lunch in Ko'Olina before our taxi to the airport. Most people probably have a car to store their luggage in but we did not. All in all we had a great vacation and I would highly recommend booking with Ola Vacation Rentals. Deborah C

The one thing that should be addressed with this particular unit is the shower head in the second bathroom (adjacent to the washer/dryer). This head is in need of replacement as the pressure is too high no matter what the setting. Both of my sons typically used the shower in the master bedroom since it was more comfortable to do so.   • May 05, 2023 Loved staying in 608 Could not have been more pleased with our 7 night stay. Every convenience was provided for, and there was so much room to spread out. The unit is well maintained and super clean. And the property management is super responsive. Our coffee machine was broken, and they promptly delivered a brand new coffee machine. The refrigerator was pre-stocked with water upon arrival. There were beach chairs plus folding camp chairs. Very convenient totes were provided. And there were plenty of towels for our use. Worth knowing is that the king bed mattress is very firm, but supportive and ultimately comfortable. The dryer takes a very long time to dry (probably due to the high humidity). The AC has 2 zones - yay! However, it was hard to maintain a consistent feel in the second bedroom. Our unit was extremely quiet. We never heard neighbors. The entire property never felt crowded, and was so pleasant. The pool area is fabulous, and you can also take advantage of beach services at extra cost. The 3 other resorts were all a very short walk away, and you can easily take advantage of their dining options. All in all, staying here was such an incredible value. The only thing missing vs. staying at a full service hotel is onsite dining or room service. Otherwise, it's so much better than staying at a busy hotel. Po S
  • Feb 04, 2023 Lovely condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have been to Oahu numerous times. This is our first time in Ko Olina! Everything you need is right here. But nice and central between North Shore and Honolulu. Super easy walk to the Mariott for lunch or breakfast. We also enjoyed a beautiful dinner experience at the Four Seasons also an easy 10 min walk. Grocery store and Costco are a very close drive. Golf is an easy walk and so is the luxurious spa at the Aulani Resort😁 The staff and condo was fantastic! I can’t think of anything to change! We will be back for sure! Ann L

  • May 04, 2021 Absolutely lovely! We stayed in BT 608 April 2021. Absolutely beautiful condo! The view is amazing and it was nice to only have neighbors on one side. Plenty of room for our family of four. The condo was extremely clean. Plenty of beach chairs available. Only suggestion would be to get some new, longer beach towels--the ones available are rather short and small. Great communication throughout the process. Check is was a breeze--Gregg who checked us in was pleasant and answered all of our questions. Colleen P

  • Mar 19, 2017 Should have Booked Longer! Stayed for a week with the family and then moved to another location for our second week...what a bad decision. We should have just stayed at the Beach Villas as the new place could not compare to it. We re a family of five and the villa was large enough so that we were not cramped, although we spent very little time in the room because of the excellent lagoon and pools. The Beach Villa is a wonderful place for whatever the kind of vacation you are looking for...and the price was very good in comparison to other villas on the island of Oahu! The rooms were great, with an exceptional kitchen. The Lanai was very spacious and we had a great view of the beach and ocean!   • Jun 02, 2015 Love It! This is our 9th time in Oahu in a span of 15 years and our 2nd time back staying with Ola Properties in Ko’Olina. This time we are renting 3 different units where our extended family will be staying. We cannot express how much we love it here at the Beach Villas - it’s now our new go to spot every time we visit Oahu! It is beautiful, quiet and totally family friendly place. With the Disney Aulani next door and your own private beach cove, not to mention the private pool area with a dedicated section for little kids, what more can you ask for. Our 3 and 6 year old kids cannot get enough of the pool and the private beach. There are a few shops around the area but with just a 5 min drive down the H1 Highway you will find a lot more of the big box retailers Walmart, Target, Costco and a bunch of yummy restaurants ranging in different ethnicities. So getting access to food and shopping is totally accessible. There is a large gym on the facility, with new equipment, a lap pool and several hot tubs. For those who like to run there is a nice beach side path that spans across the 4 coves a good 20 min (+/-) run. The Staff at the Villa are very accommodating and friendly, the property is well maintained and secure. It’s definitely a different feel here, less touristy. The beach has so much space (compared to Waikiki), you won’t know what to do with it. I would say this is where you would go if you want a vacation away from Waikiki. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Oahu. #Paradise Dominic U

  • May 24, 2013 "Gorgeous Location" This place was fabulous. Perfect for a family of 4 - wonderful kitchen (very high end). Deck had a great view - property is right on the beach and an easy walk to the adjacent property that had tennis courts (court fee). Nice pool and barbecue area. Complex is isolated from all of the activity of tourist shops and crowds. Grocery store is very small but there is a Costco on the way from the airport - so stock up before you get there! Deck had a great view - property is right on the beach and an easy walk to the adjacent property that had tennis courts (court fee). Nice pool and barbecue area. Complex is isolated from all of the activity of tourist shops and crowds. Grocery store is very small but there is a Costco on the way from the airport - so stock up before you get there!
