• May 01, 2023 Outstanding Had the best stay at Ko Olina BT301.The accommodations were perfect and the view was amazing. It everything you needed and was very clean. The pool and beach were great and a couple options for shopping and food within walking distance. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was tops. A special shoutout to Tess who was such a bright beautiful light and couldn't be sweeter. It was an extra nice touch to have someone show you around your accommodations. • Jan 16, 2023 Near perfection! The Ko Olina neighborhood is lovely, with four resists and a golf course tucked near four perfect man-made lagoons with beautiful beaches. Beach Villas at Ko Olina has the best lagoon and also features two nice pools and several hot tubs along with a charming poolside bar. BT-301 has one of the best views in the resort. We could see most of sunrise from our lanai, in addition to the full sunset. 301 (and all x01 units in BT at least 3rd and above) have gorgeous views of the ocean past the nicely landscaped pool. 301 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath. It’s spacious and very well appointed with kitchen items as well as beach supplies such as wagon and beach chairs. We will return to Beach Villas and would happily book 301 again. We experienced were a faulty dryer which unfortunately could not be fixed during our stay. Be aware that there are no restaurants on property and the bar is extremely expensive. Within walking distance, we enjoyed Monkeypod very much. There are also several excellent restaurants on the Four Seasons property by the first lagoon which I’d recommend exploring. One issue we had was with keys. Keys are required to get into and out of the lagoon area from the pool, and for the elevators. Several of our keys went dead and we lost another, resulting in a $10 fine (about which we were warned in advance.). Because of the constant need to access to the keys, this resort would dramatically benefit from a wristband based key. Show more Show less Anita P
• Dec 17, 2022 Amazing Condo With Beautiful Ocean Views This property was amazing! With four adults and two small children, the condo was very spacious and the room set up worked well. The extended patio was wonderful for enjoying the outdoors, with view of both sunrise and sunset. The patio entrance from the hallway was a definite plus. We would definitely rent this condo again! A few suggestions: - Have a rice cooker for the kitchen - Include a bottle of cleaner, such as Simple Green, along with the other cleaning items you provided - Move the queen bed to the back bedroom, and the twin beds to the second bedroom with the separate bathroom; that makes it more like two master suites Show more Show less Jill B

• Oct 22, 2022 Perfect Oahu Rental for Families We just returned from our 10 night stay at the Beach Villas and wow! What an absolutely perfect place to stay while visiting the island with family. There were so many things to love about BT-301, the Beach Villas, and Ko Olina. We initially made the choice to stay here for several reasons that all turned out to be completely on point. We have a 1 year old and thought the calm lagoon (and pool) would be great for him - check! Since we were traveling with extended family, we wanted a unit that would accommodate all of us with plenty of beds and bathrooms (3 bedrooms, each with it's own bath!) and a kitchen so we could have the option to cook - check! And we wanted an area where we could walk and feel safe any time of day or night, whether just to stroll, get a bite to eat, or do some shopping, without the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu/Waikiki - check! The villa is spacious and contained everything we needed to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The views from the lanai are spectacular. The lagoon was beautiful and made swimming a treat; there was a wagon, beach chairs,and beach toys available for our use which was appreciated. We did a little snorkeling in the lagoon and saw some very neat fish, including Hawaii's state fish (the humuhumunukunukuapua'a). We all (especially our toddler) also loved the koi ponds at the Beach Villas. The Ko Olina resort area had a wonderful assortment of restaurants and shops for our family to enjoy within easy walking distance. The overall location made it easy to access all areas of the island we wanted to see (Waikiki, Northshore, Windward, etc.) with our rental car within less than an hour driving there or back (planning around the heavy traffic periods). There are two underground parking spaces available with the unit (we only needed one) conveniently close to the elevator, which made travel even easier with our toddler. But there were plenty of days that we just spent enjoying the villa and Ko Olina. We'd love to return to Oahu someday and will be looking into booking this villa again if possible! • Oct 09, 2022 Comfortable, well appointed apartment This is a lovely, spacious apartment overlooking the pool. The apartment is very well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. The pool is adjacent to a beach and lagoon, and is beautiful as well as very child friendly, with abundant shallow areas and the beach is very sheltered. My grandson (3) enjoyed feeding the koi. • Dec 29, 2021 Beautiful Location and Complex The complex is absolutely stunning. The staff and property management company was very accommodating and helpful. We had a couple of issues when we first went into the condo but they were quickly handled. We truly appreciated the bags and cart. It was helpful when we went shopping. Many of the stores did not provide bags for groceries so it saved a lot of time having our own. This is our second stay with Beach Villas and we'll stay there again. • Sep 17, 2021 Great time at the Beach Our Beach Villa was great. We enjoyed our time, the pools and Beach access were awesome and convenient. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. The only drawback was the cleaning of the condo. It was clean but could have used a good deep cleaning g and bleaching of the soaking rubs, we dint use, because of yellowish staining ot build-up. Ola properties we very Profesional and timely. • Oct 14, 2016 More than expected! My husband and I, along with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons, rented this gorgeous villa for a week. We wanted a close-to-ocean view, with morning sun and evening sunset views, good snorkeling and a comfortable place to help make our 40th anniversary celebration/vacation memorable. The photo's posted online for this unit helped us decide; but... seeing it in person, proved to be so much more than expected! Waking each morning, hearing the birds sing, while background waves crashed as gentle breezes blew inside thru the open doors leading out to our lanai; where we enjoyed having morning coffee/breakfast, was like heaven on earth. The villa has all you'll need, and is well equipped. Plus has a closet filled with beach toys, and chairs/umbrella. The cove out front has great snorkeling - even saw several big turtles! Also is a very secure property too. We will definitely plan another stay here! Thanks to Blaine from Ola Properties, for all his thorough friendly help! We definitely recommend this place. Linda M. It is just 5 mins walk to the beach which is very convenient for my small girls. The facility and the villa itself offers calm and relaxing ambience. • Dec 31, 2015 Truly best vacation ever! We stayed in this unit for a week with our parents and 2 kids. This was the best vacation we took as a family. The unit had everything we needed, amazing balcony with a fantastic view of the pool/ocean/sunset where we spent majority of our time in the evenings. This unit has the best view in the complex/high enough to have a great view of the ocean but low enough to be close to the pool. The facility was amazing with a great pool which had a sandy section for kids and the fantastic lagoon/ocean in the front which had no waves so it was perfect for my 3 year old to enjoy the ocean. The restaurants were nearby as well. It was very convenient to walk to the nearby hotels via a fun boardwalk along the ocean. We will definitely be back. Show more Show less Eda G
• Oct 29, 2014 Beyond Amazing! This three bedroom, three bath rental is as close to perfect as one can imagine. The builder knew what to do. Large open entryway opens to television sitting room, dining table, kitchen island and view of the ocean. The large lanai doors slide the entire way into the walls so the entire area can be used as a covered outdoor extension of the enormous patio. The views are beyond description, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large, the furniture is modern and the condo was spotless. The property has incredible security and is honestly paradise with quiet pool and not crowded private lagoon. This area of Oahu is for relaxing and enjoying the sun. If you want commotion, head to Waikiki instead. If you want to get away from life for a while this is the place for you. Costco located 5 miles away so we cooked breakfast and lunch in the well-stocked kitchen and then ate out at night. Debi Gurnett from Ola Properties (808-375-2562 [email protected]) is beyond amazing. If you are headed to Hawaii, she should be your only call. She found this property for me with little notice and personally made sure that every aspect of my lodging was perfect. Her husband, Jack, also works with Ola and he was available to address even the smallest issue (burned out light bulb) on a moment’s notice.
