• Apr 24, 2024 We had an amazing time at this condo. My family was so impressed with our suite/villa - very roomy and high end. We had a gorgeous view from our lanai and we were steps away from the unique pool. The amenities were really nice and parking was reserved and easy. The lagoon was perfect and nearly private to the community. We snorkeled and saw lots of colorful fish in the lagoon. And sunsets were amazing. There is a bar in the pool area that had live music most evenings, and there were shops, restaurants and an ABC store within a mile (walk if you don’t want to pay for parking). We also took advantage of the Sail and Snorkel adventure out of the Ko Olina Marina. This is the place to go to relax and unwind in paradise. All 5 of us adults loved every minute in this condo. • Jun 06, 2023 Family vacation This was an amazing vacation, Oahu is a beautiful place to explore. When we were not exploring we had this awesome unit to call “home” for a week. It had everything we needed for our family of 6 including 3 bathrooms & bedrooms which helped everyone get ready sooner so we could start the day. We didn’t get a chance to use the beach stuff but it was nice that it was there if we needed it, including beach mats, cooler, chairs, snorkel masks and more. The view was great, we couldn’t see the sunrise or sunset but still nice. We could walk out lanai to pool, hot tub, bar, beach just outside of unit. The lush landscaping was great when we were sitting on lanai and having a washer/dryer was so convenient, I didn’t have to come home and do laundry. Being on the first floor was much nicer than I thought it would be. Ko’olina is a great location with grocery stores, Walmart, target, restaurants just a short drive. Everything is about an hour or less away that we wanted to see. We know exactly where we want to stay the next time we are fortunate to go back. Thank you! Show more Show less Melissa V

• May 02, 2023 Five Star Excellent accommodations and local support by our Ola ambassador. We had a few small issues pop up the first day and they had them addressed in 48 hours! A fantastic unit - the best one in the beach tower for sure. One recommendation for the property owners and mgt. company would be to replace the mattresses in all the rooms. The are extremely soft and for longer stays you definitely notice. We have already booked a repeat visit in 2024! Show more Show less John C
• Apr 16, 2023 Beautiful Stay at Ko Olina I am the travel agent for our family and fell in love with this 3 bedroom ground floor unit... It allowed 3 generations of our family easy access in and out of the pools and beach. The Lanai was wonderful with comfortable seating that was shaded from the wind and sun all day. I like to know what will be available at a condo so here goes: The condo was well stocked with dish-ware and kitchen supplies. However no condiments or oils are left over from previous groups other than a few basic spices so buy/bring your own. No coffee either so plan accordingly :). Condo had a kuereg and drip coffee maker. The Ola properties staff was great! Very helpful and rapidly responsive to the few little issues we had. As of April 15,2023 there were 4 beach chairs in the supply closet and a number of camping chairs also. (We rented boogie boards and umbrella to use at other beaches from the paradise baby company) they were great!! Ps-no umbrellas allowed at ko olina but easy to find shade under trees. the beach caddy seemed like it would have been a nice thing to rent also from seeing other families).. The ko olina lagoons far exceeded my expectation. They were always quiet and laid back and truly one of the nicer beaches on the island despite being man made.. sunsets were wonderful!! The snorkeling was also actually quite pleasant with fair number of fish towards the rocks so assure you bring your snorkel gear. We also found a bunch of beach toys inside the sitting couch near the master bedroom lanai (if you have younger kids).. Our family really loved our time here. Mahalo. Show more Show less Zori S
• Apr 09, 2023 Gorgeous, convenient place to relax! We had a wonderful vacation staying in this unit. It was super convenient being ground level and right next to the pool, so we could easily come and go through our lanai. The unit itself was nicely appointed and we had everything we needed. Staff was also very responsive when our washing machine overflowed and got things fixed quickly. The pictures really don’t do this place justice! My only critique is that they are very strict about not leaving any items on the lanai, including towels or beach toys. We tried our best but it can be difficult when you are traveling with young children and we didn’t want to track a lot of sand into the unit. • Jun 28, 2022 Comfortable and Convenient This was our first time staying in this unit. We loved the L-shaped couch and table on the patio for morning coffee and evening cards. The laundry was especially quick and so necessary for our large family. Having 3 bedrooms and baths with the ability to request the twin beds be put together to make a king we’re great! • Oct 07, 2021 Ko Olina - vacation of a lifetime!! We loved this unit. Being on the ground floor made it easy to walk to other units with friends. We really appreciated the cleanliness, prompt assistance with our needs and the special attention to details (i.e. Alexa device, cable television, folding beach chairs and gear, ice chest, pool towels, starter detergents/paper goods, spices, and plenty of plate ware and utensils. • Mar 19, 2017 Beautiful, serene views! Perfect for a memorable family vacation! This was our second time staying in this unit. We came 4 years ago, stayed with our family of four plus my parents and made memories that were so special, we had to return. This time without my parents but with our 3 year old and our nanny. There is plenty of room to spread out for down time and being on the first floor meant no hassles getting in and out. Our youngest child has special needs and is not mobile. Being able to wheel her stroller out the back door and around the pool area to the beach was an essential part of us choosing this unit again. For the price, this property cannot be beat! We also booked two nights at the Disney Aulani property so our older children (11 and 8) could enjoy the water park there. We paid $600 for the cheapest room per night and although it was worth it to see the smiles on their faces, we couldn't help but laugh at the fact that we paid over $100 less per night for a huge condo compared to a small room overlooking the parking lot. The reason we returned to Ko'Olina and will continue to is for the beaches and the walking path. We are a family that is always on this go at home in Seattle but in Ko'Olina, we just sit and relax. We swim, we play, we take long walks, we do cartwheels by the ocean, we lay on the beach, we laugh, we make memories. That's what it is all about. We also felt like Ola Properties (the management company for this rental) really had their ducks in a row this time around compared to last. They even have an app for your phone that shares all pertinent info. It was very helpful to have numbers and details at our fingertips for check in and check out. We were met by one of the their staff (Vashon) on a Sunday afternoon when we checked in, he gave us a thorough walk-through of the unit, was friendly and jovial. We loved visiting Marcy and Derek at the bar next to the ocean for nightly cocktails. The atmosphere was lighthearted and upbeat - a great way to unwind after soaking in the sun. We will return to Ko'Olina within the next year or two. It has become a special place for our family. You cannot go wrong with the Beach Villas too - truly the best value for what you get anywhere in Hawaii (trust me - I looked hard and it cannot be beat!) • Jul 28, 2016 Great unit and property for a family vacay! LOVED our spacious unit. LOVED the property. LOVED the beach! Perfect for vacationing with our two children (ages 4 and 1) and bringing Grandma and Grandpa too. Unit was well equipped and had some boogie boards and kid floaties in the outdoor storage bench. We were worried about the noise level being an issue since we were so close to the pool but it was not a problem at all. From inside we couldn't hear any pool noise, and even on the lanai it was still relaxing. Being close to the pool proved to be an excellend choice, as there is a gate close by to quickly go in to the pool and back to our unit. Plus, those staying behind at the unit could still watch from the lanai. The grass area was great for our little ones to play on while we relaxed on the outdoor sofas. The property was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. The beach is amazing and perfectly calm for little swimmers but also great for grown up snorkeling. We spent a night next door at Aulani and it was so crowded and the hotel room was tiny. We wished we had stayed at our condo unit and just done the character dining instead of actually staying there. Ko Olina Beach Villa's is one of 4 properties on lagoons in that area. The lagoons are public and there is a path connecting all of them. Our lagoon at the Beach Villas was by far the least crowded of the two as well. I would recommend this property, and this unit, without hesitation!
