The location is excellent—quiet, safe, and just steps from the beach and lagoons. Easy check-in, clear communication, and a truly relaxing stay.   • Nov 13, 2024 We stayed here comfortably with 4 adults and 2 kids (4 and 4 months). This place is a ground floor condo just around the corner from the beach. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs. The building is walking distance to Monkeypod and the Disney resort. The pool area was fantastic. The beach area is well kept and not busy. Would definitely stay again! Jaime S

The Gather staff were very responsive and always made sure that someone was available to answer questions for us through several forms of communication. Our kids loved the pool (which was pretty empty most of the time) and the lagoon. The unit was nice with ample space for our kids to play and the kitchen was very useful for cooking. Max W
  • Dec 08, 2023 Fantastic Stay in Ko Olina! We had a large family group with 2 units in the beach tower and both were amazing. Can't beat the Ko Olina location with the Ko Olina Golf Course across the street and the best lagoon beaches for families just steps away. BT-102 was a great ground floor unit super convenient to the lobby and beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and rooms were clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the beach equipment in the unit for beach days. The pool area was never busy (yay!) and snacks/drinks from the bar were great (just wish that they opened earlier/stayed open later :)). Staff was so friendly and helpful. We have already recommended the Beach Villas to family and will hopefully be back on a future trip to Oahu. Erika D
  • Jun 08, 2023 Never wanted to leave! What a great villa! It has everything you need with top of the line kitchen appliances and loved being able to open the big sliding glass doors and enjoying the patio. The villa was clean and in great condition. It was really nice having our own parking spot as well and did not have to pay for parking which is an issue in Ko Olina. Only downside is there is no restaurant or food available at this location so it requires you to have to leave the property if you do not want to cook every night. One other recommendation would be to keep the bar open later past 8:30pm. That is just too early to close a bar and requires guests to leave the property to go to other hotels for an evening drink. Overall, we had an absolutely great time and would definitely come back in the future. Brian P
  • Apr 29, 2023 Great location What a great location for a vacation. The beach area is great and with the pool as well you have choices on where you want to enjoy the sunny weather. The beach villa building is a great location and being on the ground floor I thought that was a plus as we never had to look for the elevator. We enjoyed being on the opposite side of the building from the pool so less noise. The place came with everything you would need to spend the day out by the water and within a few miles you had many places to select from the eat if you wanted to go out. Property was quiet, condo had enough space for everyone to relax, and great amenities with a dedicated parking spot (which the only downside, it was hard to park in a very tight space).   • Aug 24, 2015 Family Vacation Aug 2015 I highly recommend the Ko Olina area and the Ko Olina Beach Villas. Great location, great beach/lagoon access. This unit was well maintained, had updated appliances and easy access. We had a little problem getting the A/C unit thermostat out of "vacation mode" the first day, but once we did everything was quite comfortable. Minor issues we had were we couldn't get the wine cooler to stay turned on and there were no boogie boards as advertised in the write up. Overall a great place and great condo. Thanks. Kyle B
