It was recently redone and has beautiful furnishings and all the amenities that you would need, but the most amazing part is the lanai that opens up to the family room. The views are gorgeous and the pictures on the website are completely accurate except the furniture is brand new and so looks different than the pictures (but it's better than the pictures). We loved the pool and the beach access we staff that sets up chairs and umbrellas for you. Easy to drive around the island from this location. Overall, just an amazing stay. Risa Huber

H401 Blue Ocean Suite at Wailea Beach Villas situated on the 4th floor (out of 5 floors) of the penthouse/tower building of the Wailea Beach Villas Resort, Blue Ocean Suite H401 has one of the best locations in Wailea. This fully re-decorated and refreshed luxury residence is situated on the quiet side of the resort in a unique corner location with extra windows and a wrap-around L-shape outdoor covered lounging patio. This villa is far away from the family pool in a serene setting where birdsong and the rustling of palm tree fronds provides soothing tropical ambiance.


Blue Ocean Suite offers expansive and superlative direct west-facing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Wailea Beach and Wailea Resort. Guests will enjoy a stunning ocean view from the outdoor patio, the great room, and the oceanside master bedroom suite. Enjoy stunning scarlet sunsets and silvery moonsets from this premiere location. The type of view that H401 offers is unique to just a few residences on the upper floors of this wing of the Wailea Beach Villas penthouse/tower building.

The palette of Blue Ocean Suite includes light neutrals various shades of blue, reflecting the many moods of the vast Pacific Ocean that fills your view. The overall effect is tastefully subdued but warm and inviting, as well as restful and soothing. The uncompromising attention to detail in selecting the very best furniture, artwork and decor has combined to create an absolutely stunning resort residence.


Within H401, there are three private bedroom suites (King, Queen, Queen), and three full bathrooms each with a tub and shower, with more than 2,200 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.


Blue Ocean Suite has some of the largest state-of-art flat panel HD Sony 4K TVs cleanly wall-mounted with all wiring hidden in the walls. The Great room has a 75" Sony 4K TV, the ocean view master bedroom has a 65" Sony 4K TV, the second mountain view master bedroom has a 55" Sony 4K TV, and the third bedroom has 55" Sony 4K TV. The great room and all three bedrooms each have either HD cable boxes or DVRs along with 4K Apple TVs for streaming content. Each TV has 2nd tier digital package channel line-up each with premium channels like HBO and Showtime. The great room has an ocean view desk with a printer/scanner and a full array of office supply along with convenient charging stations.


The alfresco panoramic ocean view veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill and outdoor lounging furniture. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and is complete with a power juicing machine, espresso machine, coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle maker, toaster oven, toaster, mixer, food processor, hot air popcorn popper, rice cooker, tea kettle, spices/herbs, assorted coffee beans, a full set of cookware, service ware, small devices, and other conveniences. The kitchen has plenty of room to store your groceries, as well as two separate refrigerated beverage drawers, double freezer drawers and Sub-Zero refrigerators, built-in microwave, convection oven, induction cooktop, Bosch dishwasher. In the laundry room a generous assortment of supplies are stocked for your use, along with abundant extra towels and bed linens.


From H401 ride your very own semi-private elevator up four stories to a prime elevation set above the family pool and spa, as well as the residents-only gym. At this elevation, guests are privileged with unequaled panoramic views of Wailea Beach, the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea Resorts, and westward towards the open ocean. Floor to ceiling solid glass doors and screen doors retract for an open-air living experience. This previously undiscovered vista is simply impossible to capture in photographs. With confidence we can boast that you likely may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, if other than to lounge day and night on the ocean view private terrace, from where you can whale watch during winter season, star gaze at night, and otherwise be entertained by mother nature's soul-stirring and ever-changing hues of blue in both sea and sky.


PLEASE NOTE: The Grand Wailea Resort, which is adjacent to the south side of Wailea Beach Villas, is currently upgrading their guest rooms and periodic audible construction noise may be heard from the lanai. The extent of the noise and impact to our guests has been variable. Work is expected to continue into 2024. Please call our office for updates.

You may rent sports gear such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkel sets, surfboards and more - a few steps away - in front of the Grand Wailea Resort. We also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and cooler in your villa - for expeditions to other beaches, as well as beach towels to take with you for use on snorkel sail boat adventures.


The adjacent Shops At Wailea, which are immediately accessible to the Wailea Beach Villas via a common gate, feature outstanding shopping for designer goods, art, crafts, clothes, shoes, sundry items, gifts, deli food, liquor, and dining. Several restaurants in the Shops at Wailea will cooperate with take-out food orders placed in advance by phone from your personal villa.
