We could also walk to Foodland and other stores in the shopping center located within the neighborhood. The house was clean and very well stocked. The AC was so nice to have and worked very well. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next trip & will recommend it to anyone we know visiting the area. Jake D

From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the accommodations and the attention to detail that made our stay unforgettable. Each of us had the luxury of retreating to our own king-sized beds at the end of a sun-soaked day. With each bedroom featuring its own bathroom, mornings were a breeze, allowing us to get an early start on our adventures. The privacy and comfort afforded by this setup were truly appreciated, making it feel like a home away from home. The heart of the house, the kitchen, was fully appointed with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy our meals, from the morning coffee to the evening BBQs. Speaking of BBQs, the outdoor space was a highlight of our stay. Lots of extras including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, extra ice, and outdoor drying racks. We hope to come back again. You can walk to the beach in 25 minutes, it’s a beautiful hike down to the sand area, very private and gorgeous beach. Easy 5 minute walk to the local supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Complete with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this beautifully updated north shore Kauai vacation rental home provides walkable access to beaches, golf, restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store.

The great room at Kaiana Villa features an airy-but-cozy living area and a dining area for six, both of which flow into a clean and bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a large island with bar seating. Ideal as a gathering place for your group, the space also includes a charming breakfast nook with tropical garden views. The living area opens to a covered lanai, another perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast in paradise.

Each peaceful, comfortable bedroom at Kaiana Villa has split air conditioning, high ceilings, and its own gorgeous, modern full bath. Two of the bedrooms also have direct lanai access.

This one-of-a-kind Princeville vacation rental is within walking distance of shopping and dining at the Princeville Center, as well as the legendary Princeville Makai Golf Club and stunning beaches like Puu Poa and Hideaway. A short drive in one direction leads to the white sands of Anini Beach, the quaint town of Kilauea, and the Kilauea Point Lighthouse and National Wildlife Refuge. A short drive in the other direction leads to the restaurants, shops, and spectacular sights of Hanalei town. Stand-up paddling, surfing, hiking, snorkeling, and endless other adventures are also easily accessible nearby.
