Jan 20, 2026 This condo unit in Waikoloa Village was wonderful. The unit was super clean and exceptionally well stocked with all the essentials and then some! Communication was great from the beginning of the booking and throughout. Kirsten and the property management team were always available, quick to respond, and very quick to respond. The unit is also a ground floor corner unit, right on the golf course, so it feels a bit more private. And the sunset views from the lanai were breathtaking every single night! The KTA grocery store is less than 5mins away and quick access to a lot of dining options right there in Waikoloa Village, and not much farther down the road to the Waikoloa resort areas for even more options. I would highly recommend this booking and will definitely be reaching out again for future stays when I travel back to the Big Island! Melissa K

Oct 09, 2025 Thank you! The Condo was very clean when we arrived. The amenities were excellent. The kitchen had everything to cook and the BBQ area by the pool was in good condition. The rooms were kept cool by the fans and close proximity to the golf course. The showers were an added bonus! I gave this condo 5 out of 5! Thank you! Kevin G

May 10, 2025 The property and the unit was amazing. Loved everything about this unit and the community. The showers were absolutely wonderful. I want them in my house! Outside sofa very comfotable.The only thing I could think of is a full sized mirror somewhere in the unit, I had a business meeting and would like to have seen how I was put together. Thomas P

Feb 13, 2025 Location perfect for a quiet visit. Sunset view is fabulous. Fifteen minutes to a nice beach. Grocery store in the village is pretty good. The accommodation was very nice with lots of little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Feb 02, 2025 Clean property located on a golf course. Nice area with all the amenities within walking/shory drive distance. Clean comfortable place with added bonus of having a hot tub and a swimming pool available. The property mansger Kirsten was very helpful and extremely responsive in her communication. I recommend this place without reservation and will not hesitate to come back Syed H

Jan 23, 2025 Perfect week of the Beach, Golfing, and exploring. Updated Condo in a Quiet area—we had the hot tub to ourselves every night and good pool. Great fit for our family (with 3 teenagers). Bbq’d a couple nights. Local pizza, Mexican, and hamburgers joints were good. Convenient grocery store. We loved having breakfast outside each morning on the lanai watching the turkeys and being on the golf course. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers in the closet were great to have. Open family room—big master bedroom—Kitchen was great and has all that is needed including BBQ tools and tableware to take to the pool. Tried a few beaches but always went back to Hapuna Beach. Made great memories as a family and glad we found this place! Josh P

The condo was comfortable, modern, well-appointed and perfectly situated for golf course views and sunsets. The ground floor unit made access easy.
