  • Jan 07, 2025 Clean, welcoming and a very comfortable sized space. The kitchen has all amenities to be able to prepare meals and we enjoyed many on the lanai. The beds were very comfortable in both rooms. The beach club is an awesome perk to the stay. We had some high surf during our visit but the protected cove was reliable for kids to be able to play and swim. When conditions are calm we are told it’s amazing snorkeling. Excellent home base.   • Dec 28, 2024 We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in the Mauna Lani Resort, our favorite resort on the Big Island. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The gas grill was also spotless and we enjoyed several grilled dinners, especially fresh caught fish from Da Fish House seafood market in Kawaihae (highly recommend!). The location is perfect for a walk through the historic park down to the beach. Christine Totzke

  • Mar 10, 2024 Our stay was very enjoyable! This place is in a wonderful location that is within walking distance of a beautiful beach that provides beach chairs. We appreciated the best equipped kitchen we have stayed in to date. The only thing we didn’t find was a full griddle for pancakes. It even had food storage bags and aluminum and plastic wrap for use. The back lanai had a lush private view. The pool area with hot tub also offered a nice retreat at the end of our days. Communication was good and expectations reasonable. Mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and listening to all the birds may have been my favorite part of the trip. But almost as important was access to a nice beach and pool. This house delivered on both of those too! The 15 minute walk on the paved trail to the beach is beautiful and easy. The beach was great and the food and drinks at the beach club exceeded our expectations. There are also great restaurants just a short walk further. The pool was very close to the unit and we almost always had it all to ourselves. Finally, the unit was immaculate and had everything we needed and more! Loved every minute there. Aimee Wickman

So well stocked, from beach coolers, to ziplock bags, to 3 different types of cooking oil, to kid shower soap!! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect. Some important details for future travelers - when you arrive and explore the area: 1. The Mauna Lani Beach club is your closest (and probably best) beach. Great restaurant, and a beautiful bay to swim in. 2. Groceries are super expensive, but the one in the shops near by is really great. If you’re looking for a place cheaper, check out the KTA store a few miles down the road. 1000% would stay here again. Sunny C

Welcome to your slice of paradise in Mauna Lani, Hawaii! This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor condo is splendidly situated facing west to offer stunning sunset views over the Kalahuipua'a Historic Park.

As you step into this beautifully decorated condo, you'll immediately notice the open-plan main room, which seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The professionally decorated space opens up onto your private terrace with a gas grill and wet bar - an ideal spot for enjoying your favorite grilled treats while soaking up the tropical air and beautiful lush foliage.

The spacious primary bedroom is flooded with natural light and features a California King size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bath with a luxurious soaking tub, enclosed glass shower and walk-in closet. At the other end of the condo is the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed and adjacent bathroom with shower/tub combo. Guests have access to the private detached garage where you can park your vehicle or grab some beach chairs on your way to fun-in-the-sun!

The tranquil Palm Villas complex is beautifully landscaped, with abundant tropical foliage, an inviting lagoon-style pool, and a waterfall jacuzzi. A fitness center is also available for guests who want to keep up their fitness routine while on vacation. There is also a community grill adjacent to the pool.

Nature lovers will appreciate the paved walking trail just outside the Palm Villas gates, leading through picturesque fish ponds and several nearby beaches, offering a superb opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area. Additionally, the Mauna Lani Shops are just a short walk away, offering an array of shopping and dining venues, including snorkel gear rental, and a grocery store and deli.
