Enjoyed having breakfast and sunset on the lanai with beautiful ocean view with birds singing, the windchime is so soothing. Inside is super spacious with big bedroom.   • May 06, 2023 Killer patio space w/ comfy furniture. Airy open layout great for that island cross breeze feel. AC upstairs and down easily kept it cool at night and I’m warm bodied. Best part was windows in the shower with views of tropical plants and ocean…very spa like! Pool area easy to get to and nice when you’re there but there’s so much to do in the area 20min in either direction that we only used it once. Ryan Ramsey

A great location for exploring the Kailua and south Kona area. The condo is comfortable, clean, bright and quiet, It's not what we would call luxurious, fairly simple in its furnishings and decorations. Grocery store is located conveniently close. Nice kitchen with modern appliances. Two levels, both with air conditioning, although we were fine with only the ceiling fans and the ocean breezes. We had some questions arise, and management was quick to respond, although we found the TV system difficult to understand without any documentation available (we did figure out enough to enjoy watching the Merrie Monarch hula competitions). Overall, a nice place to stay in Keauhou. Nan
