The main living area located on the top floor is a bright open-concept living space, with high-vaulted ceilings and expansive oceanside windows leading to the large lanai. Cream white walls & furnishings contrast strikingly with the dark polished wood of the floor & cabinetry for a calm and contemporary ambience. The kitchen holds all stainless steel appliances, iron gas flame stove, and a magnificent view of the ocean past the lanai, making this the perfect place to cook up meals worth remembering. The U-shaped wrap-around countertop bar includes ample counter space and seats 7 guests for an amicable evening of entertaining as the chef whips up a feast. Just beyond the breakfast bar, a large 10-person dining table sits under an elegant hanging pendant lamp. A star feature of this villa is its picturesque upper lanai, with breathtaking views and several options to get comfortable while enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. Ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the home aid in temperature control, and a barbeque grill located on the far end of the lanai can serve up amazing food with an equally amazing view for evening cookouts under the spectacular Hawaiian sunset.

Up the stairs you will find the spacious Primary bedroom which holds a king-sized bed and access to a private Lanai overlooking the gorgeous view. An attached ensuite boasts an elegant double vanity, soaking tub, and tiled walk-in shower with a window overlooking the lush tropical flora. Guest bedroom 2 which is also located on the second floor, has a king-sized bed with private access to a back lanai and stellar ocean views. Its’ ensuite holds a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 3 is equipped with a king-sized bed and high ceilings, while Guest bedroom 4 is perfect for the kids with 2 full beds plus 2 additional twin beds. Both rooms come with their own designated ensuites which include a single vanity and walk-in shower, and both rooms also have access to the outer garden area.

On the first floor, a cozy den is the perfect place to gather around for a fun movie night! This room features a large projector screen TV and comfortable plush armchairs. Just beyond the den, the outside covered game room offers the opportunity for a fun time with a billiards table and shuffleboard set. A pleasant lounging space with an outdoor sofa, chairs and fan make this a perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink made at the gameroom’s wet bar. The relaxing private swimming pool & hot tub lay beyond with a couple of poolside lounging chairs and an umbrella.
