May 04, 2024 Nearby beach access is a huge plus. Friendly golf course neighborhood area for walks. Hotel is the nearby restaurants otherwise food trucks are about 20 minutes away. Beach chairs and boogie boards were great. We drove to a beach area by the food trucks and used them. Coffee supplies were very appreciated, but salt and pepper would have been nice too. Jan 01, 2024 Simply Perfect! Simply perfect! The house is very spacious, super clean and extremely well equipped. We have stayed in several accommodations in Hawaii and this was the best. It exceeded our expectations! The house is in the middle of the golf course, simply WONDERFUL. My 10 month old son was playing in the grass in the backyard. We love it!!!! Checkin and checkout are very easy and they send all very detailed instructions. Thank you to Gather and the Host for providing a great stay for me and my friends and family. Mar 05, 2023 This was a perfect place for our three young adult grandchildren and us to spend on Oahu’s north shore for their college spring break. The three bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the screened lanai in the evenings. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to a question we had. We love the beauty of the Turtle Bay area! Description
The first floor bedroom has an ensuite with king size bed. On the first floor there is also a large living area with a bonus room that has a queen sleeper sofa that can be used for lounging. The washer dryer unit and kitchen and eating area, along with access to the outside yard are located adjacent to the master bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen size bed in one room, and two twin in the other with an upstairs shared bathroom.
As part of the Kuilima Estates amenities, you will have access to the Kuilima West condo complex which includes 3 pools, shared BBQ grills (bring your own charcoal and tools) and tennis courts. Turtle Bay Stables, just minutes away, offers trail rides on horseback.
Please be advised that you are staying in the country, in a lush environment, close to the ocean. Ants, chickens, peacocks, geckos, termites, cockroaches and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We do treat for pests professionally and will always provide you with a clean well-kept home, but note that these types of visitors are not uncommon.
-Guests will be assigned 1 parking stall during their stay.
-Kuilima Estates West Condo Complex offers their own pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and shared BBQ grills.
-The sandy beach lagoon just in front of the Villas and Roy’s Beach House is open to everyone.
-Hotel tennis and pickle ball courts, access to the hotel pool, and passes for the hotel gym can be inquired about through the hotel. Please call the activity desk or Nalu gym for up to date information prior to your stay.
-Exercise classes or private massages can be booked at the Nalu spa just inside the hotel.
-Horseback lessons, surf lessons, and helicopter rides can be booked at the activities desk in the hotel lobby.
-The Fazio and Arnold Palmer Golf Courses located in the resort were named one of the top 100 courses in the country by Golf Digest.
-Waimea Bay, The famous Banzai Pipeline, and Polynesian Cultural Center are all just a short drive away.
Please note, this rental may accommodate 1 additional guest for a total of 8 people at an additional cost of $35 per guest per night. Inquire with the host to add an additional guest to your stay.
