  • Jun 28, 2024 This is condo is in a great location and actually looks just like the pictures posted on-line. The comfort, amenties, kitchen, washer/dryer were just amazing! The variety of on-line TV options was a big plus! i could have easily stay on the North Shore for weeks at this condo! My sincere thanks for being such wonderful hosts, this unit is well taken care of and maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings and walking to the Turtle Bay resort for eats and watch the Sunset. Thank you! We look forward to being repeated guests. Maria Gonzales

Having a small patio to relax on was nice and it overlooked the golf course green with birds grazing out the back was peaceful. Walking down to Turtle Bay was about a 20 min walk. A nice quiet walk to get coffee in the morning@ the resort was convenient. We made full use of the pool bbqing with our family that stayed in different condos on the property. We ate down at the different restaurants. It was nice to be in a place that was not insanely packed over Memorial Day weekend. We spent time down at the beach and the tide pools which was perfect for the kids to play in. Thanks for hosting us. Kerrin Friese

The golf course on this side of the property isn’t used to play in anymore, at least currently. (There are two golf courses here). The great news is that it’s still maintained so it’s beautiful and nobody is playing through 😀 It’s a short walk along the golf course to the resort which is beautiful!   • Nov 13, 2023 This was a beautiful place to stay on the north shore. This home had everything we needed and the washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The pool is nearby and clean. We enjoyed our mornings out on the lanai, watching the sunrise and drinking our coffee. The neighborhood is well-kept and feels safe. The bed is a little bit on the softer side, but still very comfortable. Overall, we had great communication from our host and we really enjoyed our time there! Barbara Navarrette

It was a more relaxing and private than being in the hotel environment, and we still had access to and could easily walk to the resort amenities. The unit we rented faced the Fazio golf course (currently closed), so the kids had plenty of room to run around on the defunct but well-kept course while we relaxed on the lanai with a glass of wine. The pool was warm and private. The hiking trails and golf course paths are extensive, so you will never run out of beautiful places to run. The unit itself was perfect for two parents and two kids - there was an additional pull-out bed that we could not figure out, but the big pull-out was large and more comfortable than a typical sofa bed. The space was immaculate and both bath and beach towels are provided along with beach chairs. Kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to cook a meal (even though we opted for the Kahuku food trucks most nights). Carly Diroll-Black

About an hour from downtown Honolulu, enjoy the peace and quiet of this unit on your next dream Hawaiian getaway.

The elegantly remodeled unit at Kuilima Estates West has all the amenities to make your Hawaiian vacation feel like home, complete with new modern furnishings, gorgeous cabinetry, and split AC units in the living areas as well as window AC in the bedroom. The large Primary suite includes a plush king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and garden views. The unit also has the potential to accommodate two additional guests in a comfortable pull-out queen-sized sofa bed. There is also an pull-out twin-sized ottoman that can be made available for use; (Please note that use of the ottoman bed will need to be prearranged at the time of booking and will incur an extra $25.00 per night fee.)

The shared bathroom comes with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, along with complimentary shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash.

The open concept for Unit #104 is perfect for entertaining with the bright and spacious kitchen and living area ready for your use. Equipped with a full array of new stainless-steel appliances and an island countertop with three bar stools, the contemporary kitchen is the ideal locale to host all your island meals. The living area includes a smart flatscreen television equipped with cable TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, and several seating options for a cozy night of entertainment, as well as a table fit for 2-4 people to enjoy a cocktail or a tasty meal. Enjoy the view of the immaculate Turtle Bay golf course (designed by Arnold Palmer) from the comfort of your personal covered lanai outfitted with chairs and a table to further relax in front of the serene vista.

The surrounding area of Kuilima Estates West welcomes a large variety of activities such as walking distance to Turtle Bay Luau, horseback riding, surfing, nearby walking/running trails, tennis courts, basketball hoop and pickleball courts. 24-hour on-site security and a gated entrance ensure the utmost safety for guests of the Estates. There are also a number of dining options within walking distance from the unit, including the on-property restaurants such as Lei Lei’s Bar and Grill and Roy’s Beach House.

Whether you spend your days tanning at the beach, practicing your swing at the golf course, shopping downtown, or just relaxing at home, escape to Kuilima Estates Condo #104 for a peaceful and playful Hawaiian vacation.

Helpful notes:
-Guests will be assigned 1 parking stall during their stay.
-Kuilima Estates West Condo Complex offers their own pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and shared BBQ grills.
-The sandy beach lagoon just in front of the Villas and Roy’s Beach House is open to everyone.
-Hotel tennis and pickle ball courts, access to the hotel pool, and passes for the hotel gym can be inquired about through the hotel. Please call the activity desk or Nalu gym for up to date information prior to your stay.
-Exercise classes or private massages can be booked at the Nalu spa just inside the hotel.
-Horseback lessons, surf lessons, and helicopter rides can be booked at the activities desk in the hotel lobby.
-The Fazio and Arnold Palmer Golf Courses located in the resort were named one of the top 100 courses in the country by Golf Digest.
-Waimea Bay, The famous Banzai Pipeline, and Polynesian Cultural Center are all just a short drive away.
-Please note there is a $25 nightly fee for the optional ottoman twin bed. Please contact guest support to arrange access BEFORE arrival.
-5th guest will incur a one time fee of $35
-Please also be advised that you are staying in the country, in a tropical environment, close to the ocean. Ants, chickens, peacocks, geckos, termites, cockroaches, and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. Dec 28, 2023 Our stay here was perfect! You have all the convenience of staying in a home with full access to the Turtle Bay resort! The host was very responsive and the house was great! The golf course on this side of the property isn’t used to play in anymore, at least currently. (There are two golf courses here). The great news is that it’s still maintained so it’s beautiful and nobody is playing through 😀 It’s a short walk along the golf course to the resort which is beautiful! They have a few restaurants to choose from and if you go down to the pool area at the resort you have a spectacular view. We will be coming back to this resort for sure! Stephen Lee-Thomas

Nov 13, 2023 This was a beautiful place to stay on the north shore. This home had everything we needed and the washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The pool is nearby and clean. We enjoyed our mornings out on the lanai, watching the sunrise and drinking our coffee. The neighborhood is well-kept and feels safe. The bed is a little bit on the softer side, but still very comfortable. Overall, we had great communication from our host and we really enjoyed our time there! Barbara Navarrette

Apr 27, 2023 Great place to stay on the North Shore of Oahu. Limited food options and grocers compared to Honolulu. Nice golf grounds and views of sunrise and sunset. It was a more relaxing and private than being in the hotel environment, and we still had access to and could easily walk to the resort amenities. The unit we rented faced the Fazio golf course (currently closed), so the kids had plenty of room to run around on the defunct but well-kept course while we relaxed on the lanai with a glass of wine. The pool was warm and private. The hiking trails and golf course paths are extensive, so you will never run out of beautiful places to run. The unit itself was perfect for two parents and two kids - there was an additional pull-out bed that we could not figure out, but the big pull-out was large and more comfortable than a typical sofa bed. The space was immaculate and both bath and beach towels are provided along with beach chairs. Kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to cook a meal (even though we opted for the Kahuku food trucks most nights). Carly Diroll-Black

Jan 03, 2023 UNIT WAS AS DESCRIBED, VERY CLEAN & UPGRADED INSIDE.ONLY REASON FOR NO 5 STARS IS THE BED FRAME BROKE IN 2ND OR 3RD NIGHT. SLEPT ON A MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR 2 NIGHTS, NEW BED WAS DELIVERED NIGHT BEFORE CHECK OUT. $50 GIFT CART WAS GIVEN AS FOR OUR TROULBLES, ALL IN ALL I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS PLACE, STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND PROMT TO REPLY TO ANY ISSUES.
